I recently purchased a preowned car from Crown Motors, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the service I received. Brian and Brad were incredibly helpful, honest, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. After I drove the car home, a slight issue came up, but they were quick to address it and stood firmly behind their product. Cole, in service, made sure to reach out personally to communicate with me. Their commitment to making things right truly set them apart. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines such great customer service with genuine care for their customers. I wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend this dealership. They are very unprofessional and do not respond to emails when you request information about a car. Don’t waste your time expecting their salespeople to follow up. A salesperson named Kaleb might promise that someone will get in touch, but it never happens.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago

Did a great job replacing the headgaset, but had shuttering and coolest system water gurgling noises The day I picked up and for the next 4 days before I could get it back in to be looked at. Brought back in to be ook at, hoping the could address our conserens and was told everthing is fine and the car was just relearning and the coolant system need to just burp out air bubbles. Was concerned that the coolant system was low on coolant and or there was a blockage with the work performed as I found 2 ragged left in the engine compartment but was told it was fine. Waited another week and car did relearn driving but the coolant system never changed. Spent 2 days researching online and found the solution as coolant system needed to be bleed with coolant funnel system as toyota has removed the bleeding release valve. I was surprised during the bleeding as there was a ton of air in the system and it took over a liter of coolant. The bleeding should have been one of the first things done after the repair, if not should have been done when I brought it back in. I am glad I figured it out as that low of coolant could have damaged my engine.★★★☆☆ 3 months ago

I been getting my truck towed here for the 4th time and they still can’t figure out what’s up with my truck and what sucks is the guys that work there never pick up or call back like they say they would over at this crown they are super unprofessional! Why wouldn’t you call back at all? I have text messages and everything from Cole saying that he would call back after he talks with his tech which is Chris…they never got to figure out the issue with my truck and yet still sent me back home with my truck and it’s been having the same issues where it can actually KILL somebody but obviously these guys over at crown on Chicago drive don’t care.★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago

Don’t buy a car from them the second time in a month after buying I’ve had to take the car in to get looked at. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because the salesman Brian was nice and not pushy. Edit: so after the initial review crown contacted me to look at my vehicle. They gave me a loaner while doing so free of charge. They were unable to figure out what was going on. I took the car back and went to another mechanic. They were able to figure out it was the ball joint. On top of that I needed a new alternator and new brakes, which the dealer marked as good at purchase. After spending 15k on a car I needed another 2k in repairs shortly after. Clearly they don’t actually inspect used cars before reselling. I stick with my initial review. Highly recommend this dealership. I have been in search of a van and went to many dealerships and most were either non communicative or trying to sell rediculous up charges. This place was exact opposite, not only were they always reachable but also the whole process was very transparent and honest. I was able to secure my vehicle at msrp and this place worth the three hour ride. I want to give a shout out to and highly recommend Mike VanHohenstein. I had been looking for a specific model of the Audi A5 certain options, mileage, and price. Two weeks of searching I found exactly what I was looking and glad I found it at Crown Motors. I spoke with Tony over the phone a few times and within two short weeks I was on a greyhound bus to pick up my new car. The whole team was great very professional and acted as a family which was nice. I highly recommend dealing with Tony, Tim, or any of the other staff about buying your next vehicle. I had my 2022 Tacoma serviced today. Came in for a simple oil change, tire rotation, balance and the recall work on my rear differential. I have a very noticeable chip out of one of my wheels. Today this wheel was on my front drivers side. Like I said I “had” the tires rotated today. So the wheel in question should be in a different position on my truck. I got the truck back home and started looking it over. It’s exactly where it was when I brought it in. This makes me wonder if they did any of the work they said they did. Apparently they call them stealerships for a reason. How do I know they did any of the work I brought the truck in for today?
