This place has very good prices on personal & commercial vehicle glass. The owner & crew are very customer courteous. The best way to get work done is to leave your vehicle there. Expect work to take two hours or more. Regardless of whether you made an appointment or not. You may be told it will take a shorter period of time, but some installers have to also answer the phone, take payments, etc. Like any shop, the place may still have work from the previous day or they may have overbooked the same appointment time. Similar to what doctors & airlines do. If you get the first appointment when they open, be flexible. Or leave the vehicle there. Several cars were already ahead of me, even though I had the first appointment. Check in on them after 2 or 3 hours. You may be told "we will call you when your vehicle is done" but it's not a guarantee.

Driving to Laredo and took 18-wheeler debris shattering part of my windshield. Still covered in glass I called a national auto glass company that I have used many times. While getting the sales pitch options/runaround I decided to hang up and go local. I scrolled through my Google search and saw Cruz Auto Glass Inc and the 65+ years in business and decided to give them a call. Hector was awesome! I went straight there around 3PM, and he got my VIN# and started making calls right away to locate windshields and he provided excellent pricing for factory and aftermarket. Since my truck is only 2 months old, I decided to go factory. Early the next morning I received the call that my windshield was in and within a few hours it was installed, and I was on my way. All this within 20 hours. I live over four hours away and I think it would be worth the trip to Laredo just to get my windshield replaced by Cruz Auto Glass. Excellent Work! Excellent Price!

They install the windshield, but after a week it started leaking from the inside. And I took it back so they can fix it. They only apply silicone on top of the windshield. Bad service. Please don't go real bad work .
