I recently got some work done on my Nissan, and the team at custom craft were extremely helpful and professional. They arranged my rental car and even gave me a ride to enterprise when it took to long. The place is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and willing to work with you. The work and thpe customer service was great. The fact I had my car in the shop for over 2 months, caused so many problems for me. I just couldn't understand how shipping was the blame 100%. the insurance company told me it was Toyotas fault and to take it up with them. CCAB never placed blame on anyone, but I was given dates that never paned out. I thank them for their service, but will not use Progressive insurance any further if they do not insure 1/2 of the auto rentals that total $3789.

100% A+ service. Two times I’ve needed to use them for accidents that have not been my fault, and I am 5 star pleased from both experiences. They got my car fixed as quickly as possible, were so helpful with working with my insurance, and my car came back to me sparkling and looking brand new. I would recommend them any day! I worked with Jeremy through the whole experience the second time around, and I have to give a huge shout out to him for his constant updates, great attitude, and professionalism- I seriously couldn’t be happier with both experiences, it really took some pain out of being out of a car while 8 months pregnant, and just dealing with a yucky accident.

This is the worst shop ever. Plz don’t come to this place to get any Autobody work done. My suspension on my car was supposed to be fixed but didn’t. They put on everything wrong, no grease in ball joints. Used parts, everything was stripped and dry. I got a 2nd opinion from FORD themselves and told me whoever worked on your car did a bad job. I had taken my car back to this place before my 2nd opinion. I told them my car wasn’t driving well and there was a loud noise coming from it whenever I reversed or turned the steering wheel. Upon taking it, they told me they didn’t “hear anything” made it seem like I was dumb. They didn’t want to help me out whatsoever. They took more than a month to fix my car and charged my insurance almost $6,000 and I had to pay $1,000 out of pocket. On top of that they dented my car and left it with scratches. I have proof and pictures and they denied everything saying it was already there even after I showed them pictures. Not a trustworthy business and I will seek legal action. The control arm could’ve slipped out at any given time and caused me to be in an accident. Causing my life to be in danger because of how unprofessional they are. They will deny any wrong doing. The most sketchy place ever. I would give this place ZERO stars but it’s not an option. They put my life in danger without any care of what could’ve happened to me. They just scam people. My car is in the ford shop right now and I will never do business with you guys ever again. Everyone will know about you guys
