I love my 2003 Mercedes sedan. It is in excellent mechanical condition, but a small fender bender took away the beauty of this classic car and was a point of irritation every time I saw the damage. Because of its age/value, there were some issues with the insurance company that were reluctant to fix it. Max, the owner, was an absolute hero. He resolved the issues in a very positive way with the insurance company and went far beyond the minimum repairs to make my car appear and shine like new. He was helpful and communicative every step of the way and turned the workaround in just a few days. I have never been so happy with auto shop. Max is honest and absolutely scrupulous in repairing, and detailing my car. I cannot recommend him more highly. And the assistance and courtesy of his support team, namely Chase, made this an extremely positive experience for me. Now, instead of grimacing slightly every time I saw the damage to my car, I now have a huge smile on my face when I appreciate the beautiful lines of the car body and the outstanding work Max and his team performed.

Great staff! Great business! AAA approved. Super friendly and very professional. The only time I've ever been to a mechanic that told me truthfully what I needed and didn't need done and DIDN'T try ripping me off! I took my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee there and wasn't disappointed. I moved to Hemet but will still be coming down to get my car worked on. Thanks for everything!

I do like the direct conversations at the desk. But Brian and Dean (the owner) are the ones at the desk and aren't mechanics. So, answers about work performed aren't easily addressed. I had the exact same work performed not that long ago and it cost me $300+ this time. "Guess you got a good deal last time" was the answer given.

I took 2 fobs to him and both had dead batteries. I didn't know where else to go because I couldn't start my car with either of them. I couldn't remove the cover to get the case open to change the battery. I came to him near closing time and he patiently pulled the cover off each of them and replaced the batteries. The fact that he still attended to my emergency regardless of it being closing time makes him an exceptional professional business man. I'm so glad that we found him.

I will not take my car anywhere else. The staff is extremely helpful and so nice. I requested a quote over the phone, and was given a well researched estimate and what I could expect. I was extremely happy with the 2 experiences I’ve had here and would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

This family business doesn’t skip a beat in Service, Quality, Timeliness, and Price!! I’ve taken all of my vehicles here for the last 10yrs now and I’m never disappointed. They’ve always been great in communicating diagnosis and the repair solutions that sometimes follow. My recent experience entailed an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wiper pump replacement. They quickly diagnosed the windshield wiper pump issue, did the oil change, rotated the tires, ordered a new windshield wiper pump, and replaced the wiper pump and had my vehicle back in my wife’s pretty hands within a 3 1/2 hour period so that she could still finish her mom taxi duties for the day. If you are looking a for a reputable and dependable Auto Repair Shop you found it.

Do NOT believe all of the positive reviews about this place, my experience there was horrible. They were not honest about the work they completed, missed items they charged me for, and after all that, my headlights, that were working just fine before, are not working. I am new to the area and based on all of the positive reviews, took my car in for routine maintenance. I mentioned to Brian when I took the car in that my car was also out of windshield wiper fluid and he told me that this is a standard part of the service and of course they'll fill it up. He gave me an estimate for $400 worth of work. I went to pick the car up the next day and started driving away and...no windshield wiper fluid. Additionally, the tire rotation that they charged me for very obviously did not happen. I know this because one of my tires had a big orange mark on it and was in the exact same position as it was when I dropped it off. I drove back to the business and explained to Brian that at this point, there is no way for me to know they did ANY of the things they charged me for. Brian asked the person who completed the repairs if he rotated my tires, and he said he "definitely did". When I explained how I knew he did not, he then said "well I don't know....maybe I didn't". What?? Brian had the wiper fluid filled and the tire rotation completed, and refunded me $20 for the tire rotation, but when I asked for a further refund for my time, inconvenience, frustration, and the fact that I still have no way of knowing what they did and did not actually complete, he said I would need to speak with Dean the owner and "Dean took his boat and went to Catalina Island". On top of everything, I get in my car later in the evening, and my headlights are suddenly not working anymore, which I'll now need to take elsewhere to fix. Avoid this place and try anywhere else.

My vehicle needed a lot of work to correct vibration problems and oil leaks. Cypress did a great job in diagnosing and repairing all issues in a reasonable time frame and at a more than fair price. They also did a great job of keeping me posted on progress. I would recommend them to anyone, especially for extensive and difficult repairs. I like their honesty and integrity.

Brian is very knowledgeable and listening to what customers concern. I had brake job done several month ago and all of sudden it caused problems again for some reason but he took care of my problem with no charge along with warranty. I do recommend this trustworthy place for any auto maintenance issues.

I had electrical problems with my SUV. The ignition wouldn't start and was getting worse. I went to Integrity Transmission to see if they could fix it, but they directed me next door to Cypress Auto Repair. I went there in the morning, and they were able to getting it fixed within the day, which is impressive considered they had to order a part from another dealer. The SUV runs great now - no ignition problems, and they replaced a battery terminal that went bad back in 2017.... so very thorough job! I have to get spark plugs replaced soon and would strongly consider coming back here to get it done. They are open 6 days a week including Saturdays; however, they recommend setting up an appointment before making the trip.

Our family vehicle broke down while on vacation. This was the only place that was willing and able to help us out on a Saturday. Very honest and trustworthy. They totally could have raked us over the coals because we were checking out of our resort the next day but they were beyond fair and even gave us multiple pricing options. Really lucked out stumbling on these guys nothing but great things to say about our experience.

I usually deal with Brian and this time I dealt with Dean. Hands down both are great people to do business with. I needed a complete check on my husbands car before we give it to our out of town son and Cypress Auto once again did an outstanding job. I had to wait in the waiting room while car was being serviced and it is the cleanest, comfiest place ever. Water and Soda, TV on and able to observe how wonderful they deal with each and every customer that comes in. This is your place to take your car.

AAA had an excellent price for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection; so I went to Cypress Auto Repair. Their service was excellent, and Brian was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back for future repairs.

This review is well earned by the sales rep Brian at the front desk. Calling Brian’s customer service one star is generous, to say the least. I came in today to get a quote for a check engine light related to an O2 sensor. Before coming in, I had already priced the part so I could confirm exactly what was needed. Prior to agreeing to the $200 diagnostic, I asked Brian whether any of that fee would be credited toward the repair if I moved forward. He told me that **half** would be credited, meaning $100, which I felt was fair. Based on that, I expected something close to the following: * Diagnostic: $200 ($100 credited) * Labor: $200 (install time is .9 hrs + 1 hr diagnostic) * O2 Sensor: $179 (the same OEM part costs $59.98 at any auto parts store) Brian then quoted me **$579 total**. When I asked about the previously mentioned diagnostic credit, he declined to honor it. I also asked if I could bring in my own part. That’s when things really went downhill—and honestly, I wouldn’t have posted this review if it weren’t for what he said next. In a very belittling tone, Brian responded, *“Do you bring your own lunch to a restaurant?”* He then continued by saying the building costs $10K a month and that they’re expensive because they can be. That may be true, but I’ll never know—because I would never, under any circumstances, do business with someone who treats customers that way. Thanks for all your “help,” Brian.
