Love stopping here when I make my annual trip to Ohio! They did an awesome job cleaning inside and outside of my SUV. However, the cloths they used this time needed to be changed as my front windshield and drivers side front door window and mirror had a sort of smearing that remained after they didn't car(noticed after driving away). Normally they do a perfect job.

So glad I listened to the reviews and gave this place a try! Went on a Monday morning and there was already a line BUT the actual hand-done car wash took ~5 minutes and the interior detailing took 30 minutes. So worth the time and $65! Everyone was friendly and did a great job with my suv. Planning on returning!

They found $300 in my car and returned it to me. The worker found it under the carpet and without hesitation brought it to me. I was so impressed, I did not know what to say. I tried to give that worker a reward. He took it but he put it with the tips that get split between all the workers. I was blown away. Oh and by the way it was an amazing detail job for $60 that only took 30 minutes. Great job inside and out. They even vacuumed the trunk and washed the trunk mat. They were highly recommended by my coworkers so I decided to give them a shot. I am so happy I did. They have a customer for life!

I hadn't even made my first car payment when my car was completely destroyed at this establishment… I looked at my car after this wash and not only was there pink residue left all over it my 3 week old car was filled with swirls and scratches making it look like it has been going through the worst automatic car wash for years. (This is the only place my car was washed since i purchased it) My headlights are also all filled with deep scratches. I brought my car back to explain what happened and was extremely disappointed because they didn’t care and it was taken like a joke! They didn’t even offer a refund, let alone reimbursement to get it fixed. I brought it else where and was told I have permanent damage that will never be fixed 100%.

They always do a great job in cleaning your vehicle! The problem I had was that while they were drying the car, there were some light scratches on the window. It may have been from rocks that was stuck in the towels from other dirty cars. They don't change their towels throughout the day. I been a customer for a year with no problems, until the last time I was here.... They need to switch out the towels, this is something they should be aware of. Update: I recently went here as I was in the area and I've seen them using different dry towels, swapping them out. Someone may be reading the reviews. I like that they do this now. It will keep me a customer. Good job

I brought my minivan to D-Hand Car Wash for a full auto detailing, and they did an incredible job! I have two small kids who practically live (and eat!) in the car, so it was definitely a challenge but my van looks amazing now. Every corner was cleaned with real attention to detail, and it feels like a brand-new vehicle again. Their communication was great too; they texted me as soon as the car was ready for pickup, which made the whole process super convenient. Wonderful service, courteous and friendly staff, and truly professional work. Highly recommend!
