I was in on Friday may 29th. The young man who was taking care of me was Justin Rout, he was kind courteous and knowledgeable. the service was fast and efficient, the cost was reasonable. over all aa good experience. Justin deserves kodos for making an older lady feel at ease. Thank you Justin.

Loved the windshield, but had two concerns, 1st left the parking lot and headed east on 57 and my hood tried to come open, thank God for the latch or the hood might have flapped back and smashed my new windshield. When I got out o close the hood, I spotted a piece of rubber sticking out of he left front fender between the fender and the drivers door just a couple of inches below the windshield. I pulled it gently so as not to damage anything in case it was attached to something. It wasn't, but I ended up pulling out a piece of rubber from the old seal about 16 to 20 inches long. Kinda weird. But again, the windshield is great so far and no leaks as of yet.

I was taking my elderly uncle to doctor appointments while I was in town and noticed the rear tire was almost flat. I looked for the closest place to get it check. That was a mistake, both places gave me an 1 to 2 hour wait. We didn't have that kind of time. I googled more services and D-Patrick Tire and Auto came up and it was close. We got there and even though Steve already had his bays full, his employees took a jack out to the car to check the tire. There was a nail, it got plugged and we were on our way. Steve was very understanding of the circumstances and went above and beyond to help keep us on time for our appts.

This place does it all and they're good at it too. I always run all over Evansville getting estimates and D Patrick ALWAYS has the best prices, plus they don't use the cheap crap like most shops do. I highly recommend them for any job or project, 6 out of 5 stars.

I recommend this place for sure!! Great vehicle service and customer service!! (Shout out to Ruben) Had a new bumper installed on my Chevy not long ago. Took em 3 hours and turned out great!! Appreciate it fellas!!

Shame on you D-Patrick for claiming to be a factory condition repair shop! Took vehicle in for a tailgate repair, after 7 days was painted wrong color & installed crooked. Returned to have it done right, they were still unable to repair it correctly. Do not recommend this place! Update: Tailgate was not closing properly & water was coming in from rain, had standing water in the tire stow area which made an awful smell in vehicle. The dash light stayed on showing hatch was open. Took to Mills Body Shop they confirmed the tailgate was crooked & not repaired correctly. Mills did the correct repairs & went above and beyond repairing the truck, cleaned exterior & interior removing the smell from the water. Mills Body Shop highly recommended!

I am giving a 4 because over all the years my family has came here they (especially Forrest) took great care of us! But I’ve noticed in last month or so since he has been gone the quality of customer service has gone down hill. There has been a revolving amount of staff turn over. I called today to use my Groupon that just expired and the lady (not mentioning names) said we haven’t used these in months which is not the case because I just used one a month ago. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years here with 3-4 cars we have. I’m sorry to say because of one poor customer service of trying to get an oil change our whole family will take our business elsewhere.

Excellent service. My husband wrecked his car. They got us in quickly worked directly with auto insurance replaced everything with exact mopar brand parts not aftermarket which is an important thing to me. Stayed in communication about updates regularly. Missed a couple things but when I took car back they fixed it immediately plus a little more.

Had excellent work done on my 4runner. So took my truck in thinking i had a housing issue from a previous wreck. Becca was very good in telling me it wasnt a housing issue and probably a sensor for the fan. She recommended a local shop which found the issue and now it has been repaired. So far, the service has been excellent. I have always dealt with Forrest and he has been great to work with, goes far beyond what some places will. We had a relatively new car and during one of the routine free services offered by my dealer (not D-Patrick) they found a slow leak in one tire due to a nail. The nail was apparently too close to the outside to repair and it was going to cost me $180.00. By chance, I work fairly close to the D-Patrick on Baumgart Road and I called Forrest and told him my issue and asked if he could take a look at the tire and give me a second opinion on the tire... He said sure and even offered to have someone come to my workplace to look at it... I said, no and I just ran it to their shop. It was lousy weather out and I didn't want someone to have to look at my tire out in the wet, snowy weather... So, took it to the shop... 20 minutes later they had put a plug in the tire, checked all my other tires and had me ready to go, and when I asked Forrest what the charge was and he totally blew my mind... When he gave me the prices, my response was, "you have got to be kidding me"??? lets just say that he saved me almost $180.00 Amazing service and great people to deal with. First, the customer service was excellent. Every time I called the phone was answered, they answered my plethora of questions with no fuss, and they finished my car in a timely manner. Second, my car is 20 years old, I knew the paint wouldn’t match exactly, but I genuinely can’t tell the difference. The paint guy is definitely using witch craft to paint match. Can’t say enough nice things.
