AMAZING!! I have never had such a smooth and honestly worry free experience with an auto body shop before. Kevin was absolutely amazing and really went above and beyond to make this process seamless! Not only was the work done to my jeep exceptional and exceeding my expectations but the communication was what put me at ease. Kevin kept me informed throughout the whole process, arranged a rental car for me (he even waited with me at the rental service to make sure I was all set!), and explained everything thoroughly, answering all my questions! He treated me like a family member or friend rather than a customer. I definitely will be recommending to all my family and friends! This is the place to go!

My car was dented at a parking lot outside of work, I parked away from every other car just to avoid unconscious individuals, luck was not on my side and not a single note was left. Dave, the owner was fantastic and handled all the insurance paperwork, relieving me of any stress. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing, the quality of the repair work was impeccable—my car looks brand new! There was an issue with the headlight, which turned out to be a faulty part sent by Nissan. The shop had me bring the car back in and fixed it right away without any hassle. I can’t recommend D & R auto body enough. From my initial conversation with Dave he was attentive, professional and reliable. I desperately needed 4 new tires, he was able to accommodate my hectic schedule and immediately got my car in/ allowed me the option of leaving it overnight. He went out of his way to make sure dropping off my car/ picking it up was convenient for me.
