Their body work is shabby and their customer service is even worse. I called the shop regarding poor work done to assist an insurance client that was not satisfied and called me because she was treated disrespectfully by the Manager, jon. The issue was that the plastic around the wheel well was disconnected because rivets were missing and the fog lamp was not connected properly. I was connected to the manager, jon and before I could explain the matter well he said "I am going to stop you right there. If you want a better job, you will have to pay me more money." I was speechless! I called to try to assist him and my client resolve the matter and he was totally disrespectful to me too. When I challenged him on his ridiculously poor customer service and demanded he hear me out he hung up on me! My next call was to the insurance adjuster that referred him to my client. Within an hour of my call he had completely changed his tune and agreed to repair all the concerns and even offered to touch up an area that was not even related to the accident. It is fascinating how the fear of losing income/referrals will turn a man into a mouse! Even though he agreed to resolve the matter he will never receive a referral from my insurance agency.

I had my vehicle worked on after a collision that I was involved in.. I took my car to the guys at Davinci. I was very impressed with the finished product. Not only were they extremely professional and courteous, but they also know what they are doing.. Unlike many other body shops in the area. In the future if I need any work done, I will definitely be using them again. I am one satisfied customer...

Owner is extremely rude and nasty. Doesn't communicate unless swearing at you and threatening physical harm upon you. Thief's, liars and crooks. We had to have police with us to get our vehicle back. Owner did extra work without consulting us first and demanded more $ *** will NEVER use or recommend this rotten business *** we've been told by a few others that they were treated the same way. This business is Not accredited by the Better Business Bureau either. Do your research, go elsewhere.

I've NEVER left a bad review but I feel I have to on this. By far the rudest small owned business I've dealt with. Rude to the customers, the insurance agent, and the tow truck company. My car was only there a few days due to an accident and needed an estimate. I understand that people are short staffed and that can be overwhelming but being rude is not the answer. All that does is make you lose customers and gain bad reviews. It literally cost nothing to provide good customer service but poor customer service, now that could be costly! Hopefully, this will spark better customer service for future customers, not me though, I won't be back which I hate because I like to support local small owned businesses. Happy Holidays!

Da Vinci had repaired my Mom's back driver door. She said that the work done looks like her Jeep was never in a accident, it looks like a brand new Jeep, highly professional with all business aspects, and she really liked how well they took care of her Jeep. She liked the fact that they used protective interior guards. And that they cleaned her Jeep inside and out. Overall a outstanding job and experience with Da Vinci deserving of Six Stars. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I’ve never been to a place like this. I had front end damage on my car. When I first brought it in he looked at the car with me and told me the manufacturer takes a while to send in the parts. INSTANT communication. They stayed in touch for the whole process. I was never questioning what was going on with my car. She was truly in good hands! I could not be more grateful for finding this place! I was in an accident. It took them 3 weeks to get to the estimate, which really did not bither me. I understand they are busy. Once they did the estimate they calked to say they were to busy and that i should take my truck elsewhere. I think they just bymped my insurance job for something more profitable. I imagine if you want to pay more go to Davinci... If you are looking for integrity... Go elsewhere.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the Manager, who was helpful throughout the process, clearly explaining the repairs needed and keeping me updated on progress.
