Dan’s paint and body was so communicative, helpful and professional. My Tesla was rear-ended by a 3500 dualy pickup truck and several parts needed full replacement. My car now looks better than it ever did. I wouldn’t take my Tesla anywhere else.

My most recent experience with Dan’s was due to a 40 year old Palo Verde uprooting and causing extensive damage to my car’s rear window and tailgate. With time, labor and working with my insurance company I was finally presented with my perfectly repaired vehicle. The repair work was fine. However the cost of the repair went up $1000. From the initial estimate-due to frame damage they ‘discovered’ after I dropped the car off. I had already paid Dan’s over $800. for parts when I made the repair appointment, and so decided to let them do the work. I had previously gotten a quote from another shop (who I will use in the future) and they anticipated the frame damage and gave me a higher estimate-which is why my car ended up at Dan’s. Feels very much like a bait-and-switch. Why couldn’t Dan’s anticipate frame damage initially???
