I'd give him the benefit of the doubt that it was perhaps an oversight, and the tech didn't lube/grease the tie rod ends, ball joints, or any of the front suspension parts that were installed here. On top both used tires that were purchased here already had plugs and went bad in a couple of weeks. Not returning.

Came for alignment after I have done my tie rods. 20 minutes later they told me it’s done. When I started driving, the steering wheel was tilted towards right going straight. I came back immediately to have them redo it. I asked the guy if he test drove before giving it to me and says no. I told him alignment is not right and needs to be redone. He said it will need a rear wheel alignment. Now it might need that, but i solely fix my car so I knew that was not the issue. The guy just doesn’t want to admit he didn’t do it correctly. I left and came the next day and told him to redo it again in front of me. He redone it and the car now drives great and straight. If he just admits it was a mistake it would not have been a headache for me to come back again and write this review. This is probably my 3rd review I have put my entire life. The experience at this place is unprofessional , full of sleazy sales kids and weirdos. They got high schools kids all over the shop that can’t admit and fix a mistake they made but blame it on other stuff wrong in the car but I guess didn’t know he was talking with a pro. Don’t do your alignment here. If you have to do it here, if it feels weird when you done it here return and ask them to redo it. It’s a shop run by kids. You can’t trust them!

I've had my car for 5 years and have had the tires changed numerous times and the spare was always placed back where it belonged, under the car. I went here and was told they weren't allowed to put the spare back where it belongs and that it had to go in the trunk. If anyone knows about a kia sorrento with a 3rd row, you know there is barely any trunk space. If this is a new law, rule or regulation then I understand but this would have had to start within the last 3 months.ill just go to my regular spot becaise they are going to putthe tire where it goes.

Was recommended Danny's by a now former coworker. calimed that he used to work with him i believe; figured itd be worth a shot as a mom of four who's kinda always looking for a good deal. Went there to get front brakes done. I know enough about cars to at least hypothesize what needs fixing and some minor ability to diy. Knew it was just the pads that i needed. Guy (whom I believe is the namesake Danny) said i definitely needed rotors too and he just liked to be safe and change both together. . fair enough even though that was red flag number 1. The trouble started when i went to get my car inspected. Valvoline tried for an hour to get the front tires off so they didnt have to fail me....they couldnt.... at least 1 bolt on each front had been completely stripped and wound on tooo tightly. Went back to dannys to have them correct that (which they inevitably did) and asked for an inspection....Once again who i assume to be Danny took one look at my car and said "nah you need all new tires...all four fail inspection" no measuring...."i can get you a good deal on some".. i stated a few facts i knew to be true...he wouldnt bite, even insisting my receipt for the failed inspection said i needed 4 new tires...false....but fine....he fixed the bolts on the tires and i went straight to valvoline. Both guys there chuckeled when i told them; they also remembered me and my car from the week before, meausred my tread (all four were fine...getting close but still passable) Will be sticking with valvoline and Kings Automotive in Depew from now on. They may be a bit pricier but at least theyre not trying to take me for a total fool/ride.

I recently had my car serviced at Danny’s Autoshop, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Abe took care of everything from start to finish and made the whole process seamless. Not only did he give me a very fair rate, but the turnaround time was incredibly fast. I expected to wait much longer, but they had my car ready in no time without cutting any corners. It’s hard to find a shop that combines great service, honest pricing, and efficiency, but Danny’s Autoshop nails it. Highly recommend!

The same exact experience as everyone else buying used tires from these people. I got a flat tire on my way to work. I drove into Danny's on a donut. I paid them $60 for a tire at 2:00 pm. I took my daughter trick-or-treating. We got back to the car at 8:30... The tire that I just put a donut on and drove to this shop, the tire that I spent an extra $10 on to get a better tire. Turns out that tire is just like every other used tire this place apparently sells it has more holes then Swiss cheese. I will post this review everywhere possible. Since seeing how they have handled the exact same past issues with unfortunate previous customers.

Very unprofessional. And not legit. Doesn't keep records of warranty for any parts. Gave me a complete run around and said they could not help me or know what to tell me when my new mechanics found that they did a bad job on my inner and outer tire rod. My new shop confirmed they charged me for parts that they did not put on. It's a shame. Ever since Danny left his son has been taking over and I would avoid this shop at all cost. He sent me to auto zone after telling me he did not have records of my parts so I could at least get the swap for my parts and just pay labor. Very bad shop

We are from out of town and hit a huge pot hole on the way to KeyBank Center. Pulled over and a Good Samaritan told us to call Danny’s for a replacement tire. Called them and they stayed open and got us setup with a new tire mounted in less than 10 minutes so we can get home. Thank you for saving us so much time, money and sanity!

Scammers. Got a nail in my brand new tire. I live down the street from them so they were my only option. They charged me for a new tire installation AND tried to keep my brand new tire which I then found out I didn’t even need to have my tire replaced. Just because I don’t know much about cars and they took advantage of that. Good thing I asked for my “busted” tire back. Beware.

The only reason they even get a star is because I have no choice.. One the attitude the owner has is insane. Two they tell you a price on the phone and then try to double it after they fix it. Three try and tell me that I need tie rods which laughed about because I just got them done last week literally all my tie rods are new. Four you ask to see what they are talking about and they won’t allow you to they want you to take their word for it smh Women def don’t come here a bunch of guys just looking for a prey. Is sad you would think someone that owns a business wants to have a good reputation.
