Dany's automotive and tire they are really out there to help the public and the community i recommend this shop best in WACO,TX . , ps chris barrientes from San Antonio worked at the shop and ended up being the worse mechanic EVER so they fired him and now he left them a BAD review and still mad since he got fired the shop has improved 100% and VERY reliable techs

The worst automotive shop in waco, they have no real techs and they cant finish anything. They pretty much burn everyone, he burns his own people, so how do you think he's gonna do you? Greediest guy youll ever meet!

Great place to have your vehicle worked on.... They know what they are doing... Bobby the mechanic is top-notch he's got his act together can definitely diagnose something quickly and have you back on the road in short order... The guys in the office are great to work with very informative every step of the way as for what Bobby the mechanic found on the diagnosis explain the cost options before proceeding with the work great place you can't go wrong here... Very honest and reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back when I need anything done to my truck. They don't just try and sell you parts you don't need like Goodyear and Firestone does and they don't have an outrageous mark up either.

I had some issues with what was and wasn't done to my car & why I was charged so much for it. The owner handled the situation professionally and to the best of his abilities at the time. I can't say I'd go back but appreciate the attempt to resolve the issues I had.

Do not go to this shop they screw you over they don't work good I have no good customer service they suck at maintenance on your vehicles and everything that you need your car will break down immediately after then they don't have no warranties they do not have good customer service everything about this place is bad I have experienced it and please do not choose these people to fix your ride

WORST experience EVER! It seems this establishment is in the business of shaking down prospective customers, without any work being done to the vehicles. I wasted over an hour of my time waiting on this unprofessional owner, Dany, to arrive to have him demand full payment upfront before the vehicle was serviced or placed in a bay. To create the illusion of a success mechanic shop, there are several cars, which may be family members and/or collectibles to appear to be busy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this “shop” and will also use other avenues based on the statements made concerning finances and more.

While visiting Waco, my vehicle started leaking gas and Dany went out of his way to get us back on the road home. Dany prioritized our repair and provided same day diagnosis and repair. He called three different places to track down the part we needed and drove to West to pick it up. He was friendly and accommodating. I wish Dany’s was my local repair shop!
