These guys were phenomenal! I went to a car shop because my A/C had stopped blowing cool air. The car shop wanted me to pay $500 to remove the freon, recharge my A/C, and refill it, when that wasn't even guaranteed to work! They said the pressure on my A/C was fine! Im a college student, i cant afford an $800 fix like that at the drop of a hat. Desperate for a solution I started looking at some local, privately owned repair businesses, and I found Dominic and Gwen! Their front desk Amanda was sweet as all get out, the first person to give me a straight answer after calling multiple mechanics and shops, and she was there every time I called. They came right to my home to fix my car. They did run a little late, but I live off Daniel's Parkway so there's always traffic. Even then, they were so quick with the fix it didnt bother me at all! My car is a YF, so it required specific material thats a little more expensive, but I was happy to pay for the material they needed, and they chose the material that saved me the most money. They showed me, like actually showed me the pump, and explained to me what it meant, that the pressure on my A/C was low because of a valve leak, meaning the car shop lied! Dominic and Gwen put a sealant in the leak and refilled it for me, and like magic my car started blowing cold air. What would have cost me $800 or more cost me less than $300 with these guys. They took me seriously and treated me with respect. I will be saving some money to have them come back and replace that valve for me. GREAT service, good people with integrity, highly recommend. I hope to do business with them again!

I 100% recommend using Dashautoservices of ftmyers. I have recently moved to this area and did not have a trusting car mechanic and I was experiencing some car troubles. I got in contact with Dash and was connected with Amanda who was able to get schedule an appointment for my car to be looked at ASAP. Dominic came to me for a diagnostic service and was able to identify the problem and fix it. The great thing about him and his business model is he first listened to me as I shared what was happening , THEN he dove into what might be the problem. He made me feel heard and understood. Throughout the diagnostic service he was sharing additional knowledge with me about what could be the problem and continued to listen as well to my concerns. Dominic & Gwen did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem(s) with our vehicle. They were very thorough and I appreciated that they were communicating with me as they were working to correctly identify the issue. It didn’t appear they would be able to finish the job the same afternoon (after having to leave to source the required parts), but they made the extra effort to make it back and get us back on the road. They were also very transparent with the parts and labor cost estimate. I can’t imagine a better overall service experience and I absolutely 100% recommend Dash Auto Services! He fixed the alternatotor belt. When i first called them, i about fell in love with the lady on the phone. Genuinely super nice. Thats a help when your stressing on a car. So ,oj now he xame and fi,ed it. Showed up on time ( maybe 5 minutes late.) I wasnt thinking on how long, but he moved Quick thinking 20 minutes total. My car broke down on a Sunday at the Aldi’s on colonial. Called for service and Dom came out gave me a text saying he was on the way and the time that he would arrive He. arrived in that timeframe and was very friendly, helpful extremely knowledgeable treating me with respect. our car was fixed within a half hour he went above and beyond to help me get the car repaired. so grateful and thankful for his service. I’ve used him in the past for my car and it’s always been a good experience. Getting someone to come out to help you on a Sunday is always a Huge Plus. I don’t want to have to leave my car in the parking lot and miss work the next day to get it repaired. Lost wages and repair costs on top. Thanks again for the Big Rescue.

Wonderful experience. My battery died in the middle of an outing at hobby lobby in ft myers. I Iive in Labelle and had to make it back home in time to pick my daughter from school. Husband talked to them over the phone. Within less than an hour they were on-site and quickly done installing a new battery, and we were on our way. Couldn't recommend them enough!!
