Very rude. Stopped due to a breakdown and was trying to take advantage of situation by buying the car for a few hundreds and wanting title to be turn to him blank. When we refused to give him a blank title became rude and verbally aggressive and charged for parking, refusing debit payment. He was holding our plates and car keys hostage. Had to pay him cash to get our car out of his lot. Took advantage of a seniors, and Vietnam disable veteran.
