I just had a question and they answered it without making me come in, even though im not a customer. First of all the lady i spoke to was super friendly and sweet but i was most impressed at how helpful she and her husband were. I actually do have some repairs to be done on my new rv and I PROMISE these folks will be doing them. Im a loyal customer even before im a customer. Too bad all businesses arent more like these folks!!! Great way to begin my day!

Chad is the man! My daily work enclosed trailer was having issues with the electric brakes. He made the time to check it over, diagnosed the issue and fixed it for me so I could work the next day. He found other issues which he fixed for me at no additional cost. His cost was very fair and I can tell this is a man who knows his craft, takes great pride in what he does and is a perfectionists who wont stop until his high standard is satisfied. He even took extra time to give me tips on using my trailer brakes. Highly recommend.

Heather and Chad went above and beyond my expectations to solve electrical problems in my 2019 Grand Design Momentum M351. On Sunday I identified that I had no running lights and no electric brakes that resulted from a vermin with an appetite for wire insulation. On Monday I called around looking for an RV mechanic that was able to fix the problems before Friday. Heather called back and I explained the issue and she said that Chad could get the rig in on Wednesday and by Thursday 4 pm the problem was fixed. Where everyone else I contacted was 6 to 8 weeks out from even looking at the rig. The quick turnaround, reasonable rate and overall professional experience will make me a repeat customer for all future RV repairs and work.
