I can’t say enough good things about Deer Park Automotive! I brought my car in because it was losing coolant very quickly and overheating. Paul, the owner, happened to be at the front desk and said he’d take a look himself. He ran a pressure test and found that a bolt on one of the hoses was loose. He tightened it up and — problem solved! Best part? He didn’t even charge me. It’s rare to find an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind mechanic these days. This place is amazing, and I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle here for any future work. I’ll also be recommending Deer Park Automotive to everyone I know!

If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop, this is a great place to come. I took my wife’s Lincoln Continental in for an oxygen sensor replacement and it turns out this was not the problem at all. These guys saved me tons of money when they could’ve just done that work and more and charged me. I would not have known. Kudos to integrity! They are now my go to place for any work that needs to be done.

Great people here! Very personable and professional. Maybe even saving my life, helping me discover that my brake caliper had become so loose (from an out of state brake job just a few months prior) that it was barely hanging on AND they did it for free! (They mentioned tacos though, so I paid them in taco's)! I also used them last year and was very pleased with the work and fair price then too. I will always bring my vehicle here and will recommend them to anyone I can. I've adopted these folks as family and I'm pretty sure they reciprocated :)

This is an honest shop! My engine light has been on and off the past couple weeks and they ran a whole diagnostic on it twice. Confirmed that everything was running in sync and no major issues- turned out it was a damaged wire caused by a previous shop I got work from! He thoroughly verified all front-end components and took the time to educate me on the likely causes. Although I was prepared to pay for any necessary repairs, Steven opted for a more conservative approach. He made a few key adjustments that have already made a significant difference, explaining that he prefers to try simple fixes before recommending expensive part replacements.
