Be careful what you ask for. Took my vehicle in and asked to see if my extended warranty covered a new window switch. They charged a $180 diagnostic fee, when I told them what was wrong and simply wanted to know if the warranty covered it or not.

Hubby took his car in for an oil change. He told them he had performed all other required service, per GM requirements. He was told his car was ready. When he picked up his car, his glove box was still disassembled. There was no need for this! He went home, put his glove box back together and check all engine fluids & connections. We were both very disappointed.
