Today I had the privaledge to meet Raul and have him remove the dent on my van. Absolutley incredible work! Amazing customer service. I’m blown away with his professionalism and quality of work. Raul recommended me to Mark from Spectrum to have the clear plastic film put back on my hood when he was done with the dent repair and they coordinated together the times so that it could all be done 1-2-3. For the most part of my stay here in south Florida, I have had not so great experiences where I have to get any kind of customer service, be it a doctor, mechanic, walmart checkout clerk. But when it came to dealing with Raul, for some reason I felt like I was talking to a person who is honest and someone who is not trying to sell something that is not required. He was upfront and set my expectations on the end result.I was given 3 times the quote that Raul charged me at different body repair shops but he did it in the bracket that I was comfortable with and in 5hours time as opposed to 3 days by other people. I was more than happy once he has done the work on my car. and I am very happy and would definitely recommend using his services for being professional and personable.

Talk about amazing! I'm not in my new truck for a full week when the disaster happens.....well it was a disaster to me. Wind crashed my door in to the car next to me. No damage to their car but mine had a massive ding. Raul took my call the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He could tell by my voice how distraught I was and decided to take mercy on me. Not only did he remove the door ding on my brand new truck....I couldn't tell you if anything even happened at all. It takes true skill and a perfectionist to do the job he did. Raul was friendly, professional, and without a doubt an amazing guy. I have already referred three people and all sing his praises. Raul.....Thank you brother! You saved my Thanksgiving.

Raul came out today to fix a small dent in my new 2025 Malibu RS. All I can say is what a job! In only 45 minutes the dent was gone! 100% perfect like there was never a dent. Update: I called Raul up for my 2018 Volvo S90 it was only a week old and got a door ding. I called Raul up since he’s the only person I trust with my cars he’s taken care of my Lexus in the past three times with various dents in different locations. Raul was flexible and was prompt. He took precautions which I appreciate since I know a lot of people don’t cause they think every car is built the same. It was a small dent but I’m really compulsive about dents and since this was the first one I was bothered by it. When Raul was done like always I couldn’t even locate the dent it was like it was never there. I’ve been working with Raul now for over three years he’s the only one I trust and believe me if you want a flawless repair and someone who’s professional give him a call. Raul just took care of my Lexus it was a door ding on the driver side panel. He was quick and his price was great. I highly recommend him.
