Our salesman Mo Toukhi was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. He went above and beyond to make this deal happen including coming to pick me up at my house on the day we closed the transaction. The dealership itself was modern and fresh. The staff were friendly and encouraging from the receptionist at the door to the tech guy Ethan who explained the features of my new vehicle.

I had 2 batteries replaced on my vehicle in their service shop in July (I brought my car to them because I bought it there and had a warranty - which covered none of the issues). My vehicle continued to have problems so they directed me to a dealership for my make of vehicle. I did. I continued to have problems until my car just stopped running in December. I had it towed to the other car maker’s dealership and lo and behold they need to replace one of those same batteries again. DePaula has a 12 month warranty on the battery and labor, so I contact for them to reimburse the dead one in my car, but they will only honor the warranty if THEY do the replacement. So they will only do it if I have my dead car towed to them, so they can replace the battery and then ONCE AGAIN tell me to go to the other dealership.

In November, my husband and I went to De Paula Chevrolet to get the tier fixed on our 2020 Chevrolet equinox. After the tire was fixed I said to my husband, let’s go and see if we are eligible for an upgrade.we ended up going to the same person that sold us that equinox his name is Dave Barry. He checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade. Dave Barry has the one checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade of a brand new 2026 Chevrolet equinox. We are grateful for Dave Barry for working with us again we were pleased with him the first time and even more so now thank you so much for all that you have done for us and your workmanship as a car dealer. You are a wonderful person with a beautiful character. We wish you nothing but the best. And also the young man that was working with you that day we can’t remember his name, but I hope that you let him know. We also appreciate him as well.

Went there for an ongoing problem with the remote start on my wife's chevy cruze. I was trying to explain to the automotive clerk that Ive been to a different chevy dealer for the same problem and that I had the invoice for the work I paid to have done but he cut me off saying there were no free services at his location. After he and I went back and forth about why he assumed I was her for free service or why would I pay twice for the same service from another authorized chevy dealer I asked for someone else to help me. The new guy informed me that they do not acknowledge services or warranties from a chevy dealer thats not theirs, but informed me that he would look. After waiting 2 hours for him to look he came back with a mechanic just to tell me what I already knew about the remote start which was why I was there and to hand me a 250 bill for "looking" at it. I didnt think they would charge me when I already told them what was wrong and had paperwork from another dealer stating it. I just feel the entire staff there that day was unprofessional and manipulated money out of the situation. I know its a diagnostic fee at places but I already had the diagnosis in my hand. I will never go back and ive told any and everyone that mentions car purchases or service not to go there if they want to be treated equally and fair

DePaula's latest customer annoyance is letting you know they'll pass along credit card fees to you AFTER you schedule service with them online. I called DeNooyer Chevrolet, and they aren't doing this nonsense, so I canceled my appointment with DePaula and will be taking my truck to DeNooyer for service now. If DePaula wants me back, DePaula will incur a transaction fee that is not greater than the cost of my time and effort in arranging for cash payment if they'd like me as a customer: - Writing a check: $12 - Bringing cash to pay for service: $22 + a written estimate of the costs prior to my visit to the dealership. Thank you for your understanding.

I highly recommend doing business with DePaula Ford. From first walking onto the lot to driving away with our vehicle it was great experience. The salesman Masood, the sales manager Jose, and the finance specialist Tracy we’re, in my opinion, exceptional. We never felt pressured or out of control; they were attentive without being overbearing. They answered all our questions and concerns, not giving us any “creative” explanations. We would buy vehicles from them again, no doubt about it.

I went to the dealership with a good friend of mine who was looking for a pickup truck. He found a nice, good clean used Chevrolet Silverado after the test ride we go inside, sit down. He winds up making a good deal on the pickup truck and the salesperson was James. James was pleasant up to date on Carfax of the vehicle. All the questions that my friend Bruce threw at him. I recently ran into an electrical issue with my 2022 Chevy Silverado that required repairs to the driver-side rear tail light. At first, it appeared that I would have to cover the full cost of the repair myself. I reached out to David Barry, who originally sold me the vehicle, to explain the situation. David and his Sales Manager, Manuel Guerrero, were both very helpful and gave me the contact information for a representative at DOWC, the company I purchased my extended warranty through. I spoke with Anthony Pizzimenti at DOWC, and he couldn’t have been more personable, friendly, and helpful. Even though the repair technically wasn’t covered under my warranty, Anthony took the time to call the service department and ultimately covered a large portion of the repair cost. I truly appreciate the extra effort and customer service shown by Anthony at DOWC, as well as the support from David Barry and Manuel Guerrero at DePaula Chevrolet. It turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience.

I can’t thank Chevy DePaula enough for what they did for me. I went in with bad credit and a car that honestly wasn’t worth much, and the whole process took all day — but they never gave up on me and still managed to get me a great deal. I was extremely emotional and anxious throughout the day, and my salesperson was incredibly kind, respectful, and constantly checking in to make sure we were okay. Zach Hilton is an amazing salesperson. He was helping me to find a car - even after I told him that I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy a car from them, and yet he was still putting great efforts to spend time with me finding a car. Zach truly has a genuine and sincere heart tried to help me. He is humbled and treated me with respect, kindness and dignity. He was even willing to work with me after his work hours passed. He was going above and beyond with his great work ethic. He is a hardworking man. Zach is an excellent employee and great example for being a truly amazing salesperson. DePaula is very lucky and blessed to have an excellent employee like Zach. Don’t ever lose him. It is very very difficult and rare to find excellent combinations between good characters and great work ethic in an employee - particularly in a salesperson, like Zach has. You can train people easily as many as you want. But you cannot train people to have excellent characters, because characters come from the heart and mind naturally within the person.
