I called them at 5:15 on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend after an incident involving my Tesla, my child, and a stomach bug. I was so grateful they squeezed me in that night. Everyone was so nice, the car looks (and smells) great, and I couldn’t be more relieved.

TLDR: Sub-par detailing for the price/quality. Go else where. Came in to get my Toyota Sienna mini van detailed for $250 Pros: 🟢 decent cleaning job Cons: 🚩their insta profile is full of videos from other detailers, very misleading should have caught this as a red flag) 🚩 Do not speak English (see other low star review on yelp, you are more than welcome to conduct your business in any language but if you are gonna text me in English but unable to speak or clarify my questions when I get there in-person, that's a problem. More on this below) 🚩my carpet mats where still dirty 🚩could get the same level of detailing at other places for cheaper price 🚩 missed a few spots (not expected at $250 detail price) Let me start off by saying this, I'm not the one to give negative reviews, see my profile. First off at that price the guys offered steam cleaning for all interior surfaces. When I came to pick it up, which was just in 2 hours after I dropped off?! (Which is astonishingly quick & not in a good way for a $250 detail) I asked the guy "did you steam clean the seats" the guy with hesitation replied "it was already clean." What do you mean it was already clean? Doesn't matter if it's already clean or not, I paid for a service and you should provide it. Business 101. Again, when I further questioned him on it, language became a barrier because they do not speak English. How am I supposed to conduct my business with you then? To be fair: they did detail quite a few spots very well and some spots not so well. And left wanting for more at the price paid & hindered customer service experience.

I don't always leave reviews, but the service provided by Zama's team was so excellent that it's a shame not to write one. The service was excellent and I am really happy with the price for the value I got. Super quick response time, high quality service, and I am considering using other services they are providing aside exterior and interior detailing I purchased.

These guys are really good at what they do, even though they are newcomers to the market. However, this actually adds a perfectionistic responsibility to them and sharpens their professionalism. I've had my car since 2016, and it seems like it was poorly taken care of before me. I also have a little child who can't help but create chaos and disorder. I completely trusted the guys with the cleaning and got back an almost new car!!! Strongly recommend!

I recently had my Toyota Camry cleaned at Detailing Masters. Usually, it stays quite clean with just a bit of dust, but I end up spending a lot even for this simple cleaning. Following a friend's suggestion, I decided to give these detailing experts a try. The price was reasonable, and even though I expected the usual light cleaning, they exceeded my expectations. To my surprise, the results were much better than I thought they would be for the price.
