My vehicle was detailed by Ricky today. I hadn’t used the car in a long while and it was absolutely filthy. Ricky worked hard to bring it back to its luster so I could offer it for sale and I must say it looks great. Ricky was on time, had a great attitude and was honest throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Ricky for any vehicle detailing service.

This was my first business interaction with Rickie. He was personable, communicated well, and was prompt with his arrival. I was quoted $150 for a basic wash and interior detail, and $350 for a wax and polish. I wish I could say the level of attention to detail and quality was consistent across all services, but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. The wax and polish were well-executed, and he even completed a paint correction on my car that had come from the factory. However, the cleaning fell short. For $150, I expected my car to be well clean, not pristine, but cleaned well. It wasn't. Instead, the top of my Kia EV9 appeared to receive almost no attention. The lower trim and door jams were left dirty and had to be wiped down afterward. The area around the windows and roof rails still had visible grime and didn’t seem to have been touched. The windshield was barely cleaned and still had noticeable bug residue and palm sap. While the vacuum job was good, the insides of the cup holders were overlooked, and the dash and center console appeared to be wiped down with a dry towel rather than thoroughly cleaned. Even if this was Rickie’s first time working on an EV9, I expected a higher level of care and attention based on the reviews and his client base. Unfortunately, I feel that the value I received fell well short of the price I paid. I won’t be using this service again. If you do, I suggest you look closely at his attention to detail and better inspect your vehicle before forking over his asking price.

Bad communication and lack of professionalism from both Rickie and Rey. Rey didn’t even bother to get the job done because he couldn’t be bothered to even get out of his car to ring my door bell. I initially let Rickie know that I would not be home or available to get to my phone, but let him know someone would be home to hand over the keys. When I was able to get to my phone I reached out to Rey and asked if he was still there and he said he wasn’t because he couldn’t get a hold of anyone. When I asked if he rang the doorbell he said no. Neither Rickie or Rey seemed apologetic at all. I do not recommend this business as they lack professionalism and customer service.

If you have a car that needs extra TLC - I highly recommend hiring Rickie! Rickie did a fantastic detailing job on my Range Rover. The paint had water spots and ash after the recent wildfires. The ash had glued on to the black paint and it looked like a lost cause. Rickie was a professional who responded to my message within a minute. He took time on the phone understanding the challenges and came at his appointment ready to work. Rickie really cares about his clients and he takes pride in his work. He spent hours polishing; it took most of the day to get the paint restored. Rickie is a hard worker who really puts the extra effort in and it is apparent from the final product.

I decided for Mother’s Day I would get my moms Subaru detailed -it was full of pet hair because she takes her four legged babies everywhere with her and it desperately Needed some work done and DetailW_Rick did not disappoint! Rey was here on time and really put in work when detailing -he did such an amazing job that when my dad saw his work he immediately made an appointment to have his truck done .
