I cannot say enough great things about Diamond Detailing! They were very quick with a quote and with scheduling my car detailing. I was so impressed with my car detail. If I could give lower than 5 stars I would. Cancelled on me an hour before he was supposed to be here a week prior. No problem, I understand things happen. Reschedule for the next week, same time. Monday, he text, confirming 9 am. I agree. Tuesday, he asks to come at “10ish” instead. I agree, but not thrilled. After ten had come and gone I asked for an ETA to be told he was still thirty minutes out. He arrives, looks at the car, I check in and make sure everything is good and go inside to get my keys to run an errand. I see him leave and not sure why but don’t question it at first, until noon arrives and he still hasn’t returned. So I text. No reply. Thirty minutes later, I tell him to forget it after still no reply. If he doesn’t want to do the job he just leaves, no contact…super professional.
