They got out quick and showed up when they said they would. The price was high and the cleaning job was poor. It was still dirty on both the inside and outside of the vehicle.

Loved these guys and the service they provided!! Everyone was SO nice and easy to work with! They were in and out of my car in about 2ish hours while I was at work and did a wonderful job. My car was pretty rough and now it’s spotless :) nice people, great work!

I recently had my Ram 1500 detailed, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results! Cale did an outstanding job, making my truck look brand new. Every inch of the interior and exterior was cleaned, polished, and restored to perfection. The attention to detail was incredible, from the spotless carpets to the amazing sent left on the inside. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and professional care, and that he truly cared about my satisfaction. I highly recommend their detailing service to anyone looking to give their vehicle a fresh, pristine look. Five stars all the way!

Diamond State Detailing has been detailing the company trucks for LRD Construction for the last 6 months. Everytime, I am more surprised than the last, and all of the drivers say it’s their favorite day of the week.

These guys are great. Their attention to the details was fantastic. I got the ceramic coating on everything, body, glass, and wheels. It’s too early to tell about the product, but the service was excellent.

Google reviews this company very high. I submitted a request for a bid and they responded quickly, asked what I needed to be done and quoted me a fair price. They scheduled the job to be done at my wife’s work which was very convenient. They communicated with me at each step. Great job!!!

They did a great job with my interior detailing at home service about a month ago. They were very communicative and called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time for my appointment. Everyone was very nice and professional that I interacted with. My car looked so much better after!

Had them come to shampoo my floorboards and steam clean my seating- they had their work cut out for them as I had been working out of my car for a year doing remolding so it was over saturated in dust and grim throughout. Scheduling was easy and they came of my home. Took a little over an hour and I was happy with the results. My front seats were the worst and some of the deep stains couldn't be removed in one treatment but I don't fault them for that at all. The floors were steam cleaned very well and look almost like new after. I would recommend them to my friends and I will eventually have them come back for another treatment and cleaning. Solid company run by a you g gentleman who puts the customer first 👍

I’ve had a great experience with Cale so far at their new location off Wedington. They’re ceramic coating my black 2026 Tesla Model Y at a competitive price. I’ll definitely add pictures of the results.

I own a 13 year old car that hasn’t had a deep clean in years. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time and worked super hard on our car—-there were some really deep stains I didn’t think they’d get out—-but it looks so good now. Highly recommend

Diamond State Detailing did an outstanding job on our black Tesla Model X. They performed a full paint correction and ceramic coating, and the results are absolutely phenomenal—the depth, gloss, and clarity of the paint are on another level. They came directly to our home and spent several hours meticulously detailing every inch of the vehicle. What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail. They took the time to walk the vehicle with me afterward, addressing a few minor items I noticed and making sure everything was absolutely perfect before wrapping up. Top-notch workmanship, excellent communication, and true pride in their craft. If you’re looking for high-end detailing and ceramic coating done right, I highly recommend Diamond State Detailing.

The WORST detailing company! I took my dodge charger for buffing and polishing it looks like they didn’t get all surfaces! Theirs still very visible swirls that I was told would be out by them doing step 2 ! They also love to lie about the products and steps they do on cars ! Don’t go there they will definitely take advantage of people who are just looking for a bit more satisfaction of the outside of your car !

Overall, it was a good job, good communication, and prompt. Missed some obvious things the first time around inside the windows, inside the doors, and on the ceiling. They made it right and threw in some free stuff, resolved quickly which I appreciated.

Cale is good at saying sorry but bad at doing his job. His "new" guy missed lot of spots and had to came back again to clean it up. Still couldn't clean some spots and declared those as "not cleanable". He agreed at one point that his guy is new and didn't do a good job missing so many spots. but I think my constant criticism disappointed him more and he left yelling at me. The photos taken after the cleaning.

I was honestly expecting a much more thorough job for an interior cleaning. Several areas were clearly not wiped down properly, and it looks like the detail was rushed or incomplete. The center console and gear shift area still have visible dust, grime, and buildup in the corners and edges. Those are high-touch spots that should’ve been completely cleaned and wiped. On top of that, the sides of the driver seats don’t appear to have been fully shampooed — there is still noticeable dirt and staining along the seat edges, which should not be left behind after a proper interior service. I’m sharing photos as evidence because the unfinished areas are easy to spot. Overall, the interior was not cleaned to the level that was advertised or expected. Really disappointed and hoping this can be addressed.

Some of the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced My wife wanted to do something nice for me and we agreed to splurge and have the interior of my truck detailed. She did a quick google search and found Diamond State Detailing close by with stellar reviews. After speaking with them, they agreed to work us in on a Tuesday morning if we delivered the truck to their Wedington Drive office. $250 for a full INTERIOR ONLY detail. This was more than I was comfortable spending, but again, we were splurging and DSD's reviews gave me confidence we would get what we paid for. Drop off went smooth. The receiving employee helped provide directions through the storage units to their bay and met my wife out front. The employee did ask how long they could keep the truck, if they could keep it overnight. My wife said no, that we'd prefer to have it back that same day and the employee said that was fine. Around noon, my wife received a message stating my truck was complete. When we arrived and took a peek inside the truck, to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The work performed was nothing more than a quick vacuum and wipe down. My wife and I both shared a look of frustration and decided we couldn't accept that quality of work for the $250 price tag. She spoke to the young employee on site and he quickly apologized and said the lighting inside the bay was so bad it makes it difficult to see what was missed. My wife continued to coach the employee through the detail for another 30 minutes until we lost patience and decided to leave and contact the manager/owner later. The next day, my wife messages DSD and receives a call from Cale who proceeds to tell my wife that we wasted his time because we arrived 30 minutes late to the appointment, and that the 30 minutes she spent managing his employee makes us even. That is when I joined the conversation and expressed my disappointment with the quality of work. I stated that I'm willing to pay the full invoice as is, but I would not be recommending his company to anyone. He said that was a fair trade and the "moral thing to do". When I shared the details of the work, Cale understood the frustration and offered a discount., claiming he thought our disappointment was strictly because of the 30 minutes we spent with the employee. I expressed my appreciation, and Cale apologized for the confusion....but then added that they don't like be "screamed" at. I asked who screamed at them and he said "your wife". Now please understand that I was within earshot of every conversation my wife had with Cale or his employees. At no point was there any screaming. The only person she remotely raised her voice to was Cale to express her frustration, but I can genuinely say it never once approached "screaming". If a stern conversation and statement of facts is too much for a business owner to handle, then I apologize and we wont inconvenience Cale with our, or our family's, business ever again. I struggle to understand why Cale felt the need to share that last comment. Any husband or father can understand they will not tolerate someone slandering their family, especially when I'm paying for an inadequate service. This is not how you conduct business. At least not for very long. I fully anticipate Cale responding to this message with something similar to how he's responded to other negative feedback. It will likely be defensive with counter accusations, and some reference to how I don't appreciation small businesses. I encourage him to own the mistakes and move on. He was given ample opportunity to make things right but chose this path instead.
