Leasing a vehicle here was a big regret. Leasing through Westlake Financial, I didn't realize I was getting scammed the entire time. The vehicle was $6500 plus interest, which was around $2000. I put $3000 down. Which leaves to around $5500 bucks left to pay off. After 9 months, I didn't realize till now that my payments was going towards the vehicle and interest separately but they already added interest on top of the total amount, so basically I am paying double the interest rate! Scammers! The whole thing is around $11,000 when I left the place it was around $8000! And its taking me longer to pay off. I also paid for all the fees and they still hadn't sent me my new tags and registration! They said they would send me it after a month or so from leasing, but now are telling me to get it myself. I knew they were fishy from the start. These Land Rover are great but I'm paying more than I need to for it when they're only worth about $4000! Stay away. They buy broken vehicles to fix and sell. They wouldn't give me the carfax to mines when I asked. Check the vehicle before buying. Check to see you're not being scam. There are better dealerships out there anyways. So stay away from here.

Disappointing service on my Mercedes sprinter 1 needed glow plugs 5 in number determined both by my diagnosis and theirs. Repairs started to go bad when they repaired items without authorization. In the middle of glow plug repairs their glow plug tool broke so they sent me home to wait for there now ordered glow plug tool took about 10 days. Tool came in and wanted to charge me a second time on my dime for labour even though breaking the tool was not my fault and thoughts of profiting from there mistake came to mind back in the day this would have been a no no and bad business practice bill came to 1300.00 including double labour and unauthorized work for 5 glow plugs and wont be using them again paying the rent on each customer in my opinion

I’m usually a skeptic when it comes shops and mechanics. But when I made the first initial phone call until when I hopped in my serviced car, I felt comfortable. If you have a chance, talk with Keith. He was was very honest and is a straight shooter. I only wanted an oil change but ended up getting the full “A-service”. I’m glad I did. My car was supposed to take 2 hours but ended up taking longer. Usually someone would be frustrated but when I came back everyone was problem solving my car. It felt great that everyone here took their job seriously. Keith was fully transparent during our entire encounter. Their mechanic ended up finding a “quick fix” that a previous mechanic did. Keith explained how it worked and how they fixed it. I’m extremely satisfied with their work, and their communication. I would highly recommend these guys if you want honest work done with your car. It has been very difficult trying to find a good mechanic to work on my 2004 LandRover Range Rover. Taking it to LandRover would have been sooo expensive. I was referred to Dieters after having been told by another mechanic that I needed to replace my entire driver side seat due electrical malfunction. Luckily no seat needed to be replaced, just a switch and now I can once again adjust my seat to my liking. Joel and his team are great. Won’t be taking car to anyone else but Dieters for any future repairs. Thank you Joel.

After a browser issue on my phone, it was super easy to schedule an appointment for a smog check here. I showed up 20 minutes early in hopes they could see me sooner, which they totally did. Do yourself a big favor - Stay clear of this shop - they are dishonest when it comes to big repair jobs. This was my 2nd bad experience. The old saying "when someone shows you who they are - believe them the 1st time". I'm going to focus on the recent experience. I had my 2014 Jaguar F-type V8s towed from my home to this shop. I blew something while driving, because the the engine was idling rough. Joel the Service Manager, told me they would take a look and let me know what was wrong. Turns out they, recommended I have the engine replaced, because they got a no reading from Cylinder head assembly. Before the engine was going to be removed, I stopped by so Joel could go over the details - this was prior to the engine being removed. Note the undercarriage cover was still in place. I gave the approval to replace the engine. Jump to pick up day 1/30/26 - three months later. Because of my prior experience with the repair of my Porsche Cayenne Turbo, and all the missing parts from that repair - I knew to inspect the car before removing it from the facility. I ask Joel to put the Jaguar up on the lift so I could inspect the work. What I found was the undercarriage cover was missing - see photos. Now here is the rub; Joel says it was never there. that the car came in with out this cover. Nowhere on any of the intake and ongoing work order is it noted that this major (large) item was missing until I pointed it out during the pick up inspection. After bringing this issue to Chris(Joel's direct report) I was sent a text from him that said he would gift the cover to me since I had spent over $35k in repairs with them. and was a returning customer. That I thought was the right solution. Well, once Chris priced the cover ($850) he decided in order to cover this cost he would change the pricing of the work that was done to include the cost of the cover. Not good business; they removed the undercarriage cover - most likely damaged during the removal and now they don't want to pay for the replacement. And it gets better, Chris(man in charge) wrote of a document that said I could not pick up the Jaguar unless I release them from all claims , they would not release my car, and would charge me storage fees until I removed the car - and if not he would start the process of a lien sale on the vehicle. Under distress and undue pressure I signed the document and wrote the words "signed under distress. I had my witness sign the document too. She wrote next to her signature "signed under pressure". Now I am left to file a civil suit for the undercarriage cover, and let the court address the illegal practices that they employed. There are so many other honest shops in the area - don't waste your time with this one. I will update this review after the court date. Regards Ron Sykes
