I called this repair shop and explained the issue I was having with my car over the phone. They told me to bring it in so they could look at it. They did not tell me that it would be an $80 charge to diagnose the problem. I took the car there and the guy still did not tell me that there would be an $80 charge before he took the car, hooked up the code scanner to get some codes. Came in told me that I needed to take it to AAMCO so they could diagnose the issues. He didn't diagnose anything...he just gave me some codes that I could have gotten from AutoZone. He charged me $60 for the codes, like that was a big deal. I will not use this place nor will I recommend them.

Forget about Jiffy to much money for oil change. This is best and fastest shop for oil change. You pay only $26 for 5 qt of oil. No waiting, it takes about ten minutes. I have been using their service for two years to service my 2007 honda accord. Thanks. Abdou

My Honda CRV needed it's center exhaust pipe replaced. I was quoted over $500 by a mainstream shop so I bought new aftermarket parts on EBAY for $85 and took it to Direct Auto Service where their always helpful mechanic, Keo, charged me $75 for the installation. So, I spent a total of $160, my car exhaust is again like new and I saved over $300. Thank you Direct Auto Service for helping me keep my CRV purring. No doubt I will tell my friends about you.

Honest, hones, honest. Does not rip you off like dealers. Been dealing with Keo for years, with my 3 vehicles. I hate to take my car any other place, but sometimes you must deal with dealer. Direct auto does not charge for shops supples and rags like stealerships.

So I came in today to get a replacement heater hose. I forgot the guy’s name who attended me but I rate him and only him these 5 STARS. the 2 Spanish mechanics will mess up your car and laugh in your face about it while speaking Spanish so you wouldn’t understand. The guy who attended me was straight forward with everything, he told me tips and solutions to my car that were very VERY helpful and he was very friendly. He attended me right when I entered the shop with a great attitude. Within a hour and a half, he sent me to my way. If i were attended by the Spanish mechanics, they would have told me to F off and come another time or tell me that I was required to buy other things for my car that aren’t necessary. I came in for a engine mount replacement and they did not do a good job at all. It’s still F’d up and the 2 Spanish guys had the nerve to tell me to replace every mount because they were “cheap” quality. They weren’t cheap quality, the mounts were new and from auto zone. Please if you come here and get attended by the 2 Spanish guys, ASK ASK ASK QUESTIONS and pressure them out or they will pressure you out into wasting your money. but the one guy who attended me today (I think he was from the Vietnamese decent and he looked like he was in his late 30’s) was great and spectacular. Again I give him these 5 stars and not the shop itself.

My mom has been going to them for years so when it was time for me to drive naturally I followed her recommendation. Everyone here is very nice, they accommodate sudden walk ins and they are really understanding on what your car actually needs versus trying to get money out of you. My car is my baby but I’m a college student so it is very difficult for me to find a balance that doesn’t suddenly end up as on splurging on my car! These guys absolutely understand that. They are honest and very fair and once again super nice.

I went in with my 2020 camry XSE due to a check engine light that came on. Daniel and Murray were able to diagnose the issue as a coolant bypass valve issue.
