I’m not very happy with the service I’ve received in the past year from this location. I’ve had an issue with a tire that I’ve been trying to resolve for 18 months. I’ve taken the car in multiple times with no results. They seem more concerned with selling me new windshield wipers, than fixing my tire. I bought the windshield wipers on one of the visits where they were supposed to fix my tire, but didn’t because too days later It went flat. Being a widow things like this are very upsetting and I need someone I can be depended on to help me take care of my car. Finally, this week, when it showed the tire was low once again after they told me, they fixed it two times in the last three weeks. I got the attention of someone at the store who is willing to go the extra mile and find out what was going on. He willingly Admitted that they have some employees that don’t know what they’re doing. I finally feel confident that the tire is fixed, but this took way too long. It could have been a much more serious outcome for me.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Maurice and William in particular were very helpful. The tires I needed were not on-hand, but they were able to get them in within a day. They worked me in without an appointment and had everything done according to their stated ETA. While waiting, I witnessed several interactions with other customers and saw consistently high quality service. I highly recommend this location.

I Love going here for my tire needs. This is the second visit that I have made an appointment, arrived on time and walked out with a new set of tires on a vehicle in less than 30 minutes, today was 16 minutes. They are very helpful in getting you the right tires for your needs. They are not pushy trying to sell things you don't need. After care is great, they always are willing to check my flats and fix or replace without issues. My daughters can stop in and they will take care of them. I can schedule free rotation when I have oil changed. The lobby is clean and was just remodeled so you can wait in comfort or take a walk to Coney Island or White River right behind the store.

Johnathan was extremely helpful in fixing what another shop messed up on my truck not only did they fix everything but they verified that the brand new tires were defective but they got it replaced for free from the manufacturer I’m extremely grateful for the guys at discount tires and very pleased with there knowledge and willingness to get my truck fixed even tho it wasn’t there problem to fix and a disaster trying to get the other shop to own up to there mistakes and fix them.

Appointment was on time and their crew was very fast BUT when I got home and checked the tire pressure one front tire had 55 psi of air and the other one 75 psi. It was the same for the rear two tires - one 55 psi and one 75 psi. The truck was a Ford F350 and the front tires should be 55 psi and the rear two 75 psi. The problem was due to 2 or more workers taking turns servicing the truck and mixing up front and rear tires.

Went in on Monday for tire rotation. I asked the guy who delivered my car back to me if my tire pressure monitoring system had been reset. He reassured me that it had. I left but noticed my tire pressures were 30 lbs in left front, 37 lbs in right front, 32 lbs in left rear and 35 lbs in right rear. I went home to check the pressures and the pressures didn’t match the tire monitoring system because it had NOT been reset.Went back in on Wednesday and got everything corrected. While there I noticed a lot of HORSEPLAY going on in the service area. One of the techs even threw a tire at another tech. With this kind of activity going on I see why my service was less than satisfactory. I will say the tech at the air station that corrected the previous comedy of errors from Monday was very courteous and professional. Kudos to him. I am editing my review after being contacted by management. At least they cared enough to call and hear me out. Hopefully the problem I experienced won't happen again.

I bought a pair of tires, paid for them and the next day saw where they charged me again for the same purchase. I had to take off work to go back there to get it sorted out, I tried to handle it over the phone but they put me on hold and would not pick the phone back up. They put my account into overdraft and would not compensate me for my losses. This is 100 percent their fault. As I write this review the problem is still not resolved. There's a lot of other tire shops in Tulsa, I very much regret coming to Discount Tire.

Gotta give a huge shoutout to Ronnie and his team for the outstanding service. I experienced a leak while driving just before they were about to close and Ronnie was able to help me out with my vehicle and get me back on the road with sufficient air pressure. I really appreciate that the staff were able to help me out like that!💯

Very disappointed in Discount tire after being told it was $10 to dismount a tire, the sales woman tried out 100% increase of price to $20 and after I had raised my concern, then told me it would be over an hour wait… This service is extremely disappointing as I have spent thousands of dollars at Discount tire.. I feel like the sales woman put a delay on the tire in retaliation of me not wanting to pay 100% more then what they quoted over be phone. This is no way to do business and I do not recommend Discount tire.

This morning my tire went out, so I drove straight to Discount Tire. I arrived before business hours and waited in the parking lot. Just five minutes before opening, Jonathan came out, greeted me outside, and got me checked in right away. Within 30 minutes, my tire was replaced and I was back on the road. Went to only fix a nail in 2 of my tires. Only one of those tires were up to tread specs for repair. 3 out of my 4 tires were not up to spec for them to do any service. The shop would not return the my vehicle to me how I brought it in and was pressured into buying a set of tires before I was allowed to leave off the premises because they already knew I only had the only good tire I had left they couldn't service. Be wary of the predatory practices of this location.

Joe did a great job of helping me find the right tires. Great price. Date codes were current on all 4. Made an appointment the day before. They got me right in and out in 40 minutes. I would give them 5 stars, but one tire was 10 psi under inflated thus driving the sensor system crazy. Also, a valve stem caps was missing. No biggie, I have dealt with the issues on my own. Just a little short of the quality control. Would still go back.

I contacted Discount Tire in Broken Arrow to schedule a tire rotation and was informed that they were not busy and could accommodate me immediately if I arrived right away. I arrived at the store within 20 minutes, only to be told that there would now be a wait of an hour and a half. I mentioned that I had just called and was assured that my vehicle could be serviced promptly. The representative then suggested that I could schedule an appointment instead. This experience was frustrating, as I could have arranged for someone to pick me up or scheduled an appointment during my initial call, rather than waiting over an hour for a service that was initially promised to be available.

I go to Discount Tire to replace a tire, then 2 days later for another tire. The tires are fine and the price, due to the road hazard warranty was phenomenal. My issue is the 2nd time I go, I get offered new front and rear windshield wipers for 10$ a piece, I needed new ones, so I took the deal. After having my vehicle serviced I leave and on my way home I think I should see how good my new wipers are. Front works great not an issue, I go to use the rear wiper and they didn’t even replace it. I return to Discount Tire 20 min later and speak to Kimberly about the rear windshield wiper not being replaced, she does her best to try and find the correct wiper due to it not being changed when I was charged for it. She could not get the correct one/make it work. Joe comes out and does the same, takes a total of maybe 10 minutes to find the “correct” one, and installs it. He tells me I’m good to go, I test the wipers and it seems okay. I go to leave and when pulling onto the main road I notice the cap to my rear windshield wiper bolt flys off and the wiper, which is new, has shaved plastic on it and is wobbly. There is zero reason Joe and Kimberly should have dealt with this issue, they work on the floor, making sales and dealing with customers. I am confused as to why the techs or tire guys or whoever was supposed to install the wiper didn’t do it to begin with and didn’t do it when I returned and made a formal complaint. I am now having to spend money on replacing the whole entire rear wiper due to carved plastic, missing pieces, and faulty wiper functions.

I had all 4 tires replaced. They were 50% less than what my dealership quoted. The entire process was so easy and smooth. I selected the tires and paid for them online, and booked an appointment. Ronnie was awesome and got me checked in, the wait time was much less than what I expected and I was out of there in no time! Awesome experience and I will be going back with all my vehicles in the future!!
