I have been doing business here for over 10 years purchase numerous tires for personal and company vehicles. I will not be back! went into the store to have tires rotated on a newer car that I’ve purchased was told it would be $60 because they didn’t install them. The gentleman didn’t seem to care about the amount of business I have provided in the past, took my car to tate boys and they rotated and balanced, No charge said come back and see us when you need tires. Now that’s service. Amazing how some companies will step over a dollar to pick up a nickel the amount of future business discount has lost car exceeds the 60 bucks.

Made an appointment to have my tire fixed due to a nail being in it, and ended up spending $200 to get a new one, but also wanted my tire pressures to be checked because on the appointment it asked what all I would like done and checking tire pressures on all my tires was one of them, but instead being money hungry they just ended up putting a new tire on and I left and the tech that handed me my keys said “the tire pressure light is still on and should go off once you leave and drive on it.” I did that and I know my car very well and once I air up the tires the right pressure the light goes straight off, so after driving on it like they said lol it didn’t go off, so I called my dad who works on cars/tires for 35 years and even agreed that they didn’t do it right, so of course I went back and told them and the guy named Adrian wanted to be smart with me and say with his “years of experience with Hyundais it takes 15-20 mins for the light to go off” and started asking so many questions like can y’all just please just check the tires? So of course they had me go to the tire pressure check area and the guy there ended up airing up my other tires and of course guess what? My tire light went off. They do not check the other tires like they should cause I mean obviously they’re a tire shop and in my appointment I asked for all my tires to be checked and they did it half butt. Alot of horse play in the Bay Area and want to argue with customers about “their experience” when clearly the experience shows half work lol kudos to the guy who aired up my tire and heard me and didn’t argue. Use to love going here but honestly the experience I had today definitely won’t be back!

Went there today with no reservation after getting a flat, needed two tires replaced, and they didn’t have any of the tires I needed in stock. They were able to get the tires I needed in less than an hour and got me going in about an hour and a half. Very grateful for the great Service!

I don’t usually do reviews but I had to make one for this place. As they are almost closing I pulled up & they were extremely busy. I was about to pull away but decided to ask if they can check pressure on my wife’s vehicle as they were out of wack. I was expecting to be told that they could not but that was not the case. A gentleman by the name of Devin was so generous & helpful. I apologized to him for being there late but he said not to apologize & that he was there to help. Discount Tire has gained a new customer.

Discount Tire in Broken Arrow has been the only tire shop that I have walked out of feeling not only relieved to have my problem fixed, but grateful for such good service, as opposed to feeling insulted and like an obvious attempt had been made to take advantage of, because I’m a woman. I’ve always received great customer service, but today, Devon went above and beyond to keep in contact with me throughout the day as I waited on a tow truck, to make sure that I was able to get my truck there and fixed before the close of business, so I wouldn’t be stranded any longer than I had to be. He had a Plan A and a Plan B if the tow truck arrived after close of business. Luckily that wasn’t the case, and Devon walked out to meet me at the tow truck as soon as we arrived, and he made me feel like a friend that he was happy to help out, instead of just another customer that needed a new tire at the end of a long work day… how often do you find that in this day and age??!! Whatever management is doing at BA Discount Tire, and the employees you’re hiring, please keep it up!!!

I had a tire that wasn’t keeping air so went here for a replacement tire. The sales associate was trying to up sale for 4 new tires - just over $1000 for my Ford Escape…even though 2 of the tires were brand new! Went to Robertson Tire and had the 1 tire replaced and at a great price. Go to Discount Tire if you want a scam and pushy salesmen who are dishonest.

I visited this store on Thursday to purchase replacement tires for my vehicle. I was told the tires would arrive by Monday. However, Monday came and went without any updates. I called the store and was informed that my tires did not arrive because their larger size required more space on the delivery truck, which was prioritized for other tires. I was then told the tires would arrive on Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday, I was informed that the tires wouldn’t arrive until Thursday. This delay was especially frustrating because I had clearly communicated from the start that my current tire had a leak, making timely delivery critical. Now, I’ve been told the tires won’t be available until Thursday. I spoke with Ronnie, who identified himself as the manager. He suggested that I seemed to be in a hurry and should consider purchasing a different tire. I explained that I had already spent $2,000 on the tires they promised would arrive on Monday. His response was that they were at the mercy of FedEx, and no priority shipping was arranged to expedite the delivery despite the delay being on their end. When I asked if they could provide a spare tire or offer any resolution to address the inconvenience, he declined and had no solutions to offer. His indifferent attitude and dismissive suggestion to “look at getting other tires” left a poor impression. This was my first time doing business with this store, and based on this experience, it is unlikely I will return. The lack of communication, poor handling of delays, and unwillingness to make things right were very disappointing.

Brandon was repeatedly trying sell my fiance 4 wheels just because she bent one of them. Told him repeatedly that we only want 1 and would not stop trying to get us to buy 4. Why would we get all 4 new wheels because only 1 is bent? Wouldn’t it make sense to just get the 1 wheel elsewhere? He seemed pretty upset when I said we’re only gonna get 1 wheel. And the funny thing is, discount tire doesn’t let you return the wheel even on the same day 😂 they don’t tell you that you can’t return it until after you’ve left and are only 1 block down from them and want to return it. Like what am I gonna do with the wheel in 5 minutes?
