I recently needed some insurance-related repairs, and my friend Jimmy Picket—owner of Norman Automotive—recommended I speak with April and David Dismuke. Their shop is in the same business park as Jimmy’s shop. Jimmy is the kind of person that quietly helps others without expecting anything in return. So his recommendation carried a lot of weight and made me confident in choosing them. From my very first conversation with April and David, I knew I was in good hands. I explained that I'm the legal guardian of my niece, which means I’m essentially a single parent living on one income, and my $1,000 deductible was going to be a stretch. We were just weeks away from a family vacation. David listened and suggested repairing the door skins instead of replacing them to help lower the cost. They had my truck for about two weeks, and once the repairs were complete, they coordinated with Norman Automotive next door to take care of a transmission service I scheduled. When I came to pick it up, I handed them the insurance check—and to my surprise, April told me I didn’t owe a dime out of pocket. I was genuinely speechless. The universe really blessed me with ONE LOCATION where you can get auto body work & mechanic work done by two stand up families who walk the walk and talk the talk of their faith. CANT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!

Great experience with Dismuke Collision. Very kind people with alot of experience. The place had more of a small-town feel, which I prefer to the big city car lot approach. They worked with the other driver's insurance to get my repairs done, and took time to explain the process to me. One of the owners took 30 minutes out of his day to drive me home first thing in the morning after I dropped the car off. If I ever have a need for this sort of work again, I'll be heading to Dismuke.
