My girlfriend has had an issue with her steering system in her car for years. We have taken the car to multiple places, and had different mechanics try and fix the problem. We just picked up the car from DLM and now the problem is completely gone. These guys are not only auto experts, but super customer friendly. Very welcoming atmosphere and customer service. Last month I was devastated by an accident that happened. I was side swiped. ☹ We own a 2012 Nissan Maxima – TOP OF THE LINE. We are talking about a vehicle that has no payment, low miles and has never been in an accident (which is why you could understand why we were so hurt about it) .. All in all the insurance company asked me to select 3 shops to consider for the repairs. These guys were among the top 3…. The selling point was the timeframe in which they could get my car in and the reviews we read. Hands down, no regrets, I have to tell you the reviews are accurate. The guys were great and the craftsmanship …impeccable!!! DLM SW Collision was professional, informative, and SUPER helpful when dealing with me and going to bat for me with the insurance company. I’ve had two fantastic experiences with DLM Southwest Collision. First, they immaculately repaired my truck after a big hailstorm. It was so easy to work with them through my insurance, and they kept me posted on the repair progress the whole way. My truck was even ready before the estimated repaired-by date. A few months later, I got a ding in the side of my truck from a rock. They got me in first thing next day and reviewed repair options for me, helping me find a practical and inexpensive fix through PDR and a simple paint touch-up. My appointment was at 9am and they had the dent repaired and touched up before 10am, and it didn’t break the bank! I couldn’t be more pleased with DLM Southwest Collision. Shout out to Bob for your excellent customer service! The entire team is fantastic and will treat you right.

Just had my bumper replaced by these guys. They replaced the entire front of my car in a very short amount of time. These guys were absolutely awesome. They made getting my bumper and hood fixed an easy process. One of them even gave me a ride home which I needed. They went above and beyond fixing my hood. My car came out looking better than when it was in a crash! On top of that, the repair was finished ahead of schedule. I’m very happy I chose DLM for my auto repair. I will recommend to everyone I know.

Gavin- Daryl Did an amazing job on my 2025 Grand Cherokee! I had a small scratch that I was quoted “ I would need to respray the whole door/ any other part that was scratched.” But in 40min he did it and had me out the door in under an hour (basically very efficient) He blew it out of the park with this one! I couldn’t even see any other scratches! And he sent me to a nearby place that could put a PPF on my car! Thank you Darryl!!
