I had a very bad experience here. This place is a SCAM. Bunch of liars work here. I repaired my car here and they scammed money out of me and my insurance. When I asked for a receipt, they denied to provide me one. Guys, stay away from this place! You have been warned.

I used them because the warranty of my car dealership contract them to do repairs i took my car for them to fix my coolant tank that was cracked when i bought my car they stood with my car for 4 days and i still have the same cracked coolant tank like why?!! Looks like they do scams to me

Horrible service .The guys who was in charge of fixing my car took over 45 m before to start working on my car .he drinks coffee .Ate a sandwich 🥪.Had a long conversation with one of his colleagues.Also the owner of this place walked around drinking coffee too .Im sure the reason of this workers behaviors is because of the owner is worst than them .Please if you don’t want to experience the same ,choose a different pace to fix your car took.Horrible .Horrible .Horrible .

I chose DM Auto Repair to work on my car after getting a few referrals from my Porsche dealer. They're located in a central location in the Bronx, which made the auto body shop easy to get to from my home. Leo and his team did not disappoint. Leo is extremely professional and honest about the work that needs to be performed. His team did great quality work on my car and had my car ready on time as promised. His assistant Tiffany coordinated with my insurance company on the initial repair and was also able to make a separate repair on my car within the same time frame and at a discount to me. I have had some negative experiences with auto body shops in the past, so I am extremely happy that I found Leo and his team and look forward to bringing my Porsche in case any future work is required.

I recently had my car left fender and bumper repaired at an auto body shop, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The damage was caused by vandalism. It was very noticeable and I wanted to fix it as soon as possible. I did my research and found a reputable autobody shop that specializes in fixing/repair damage bumper/fenders. I went to DM auto repair and they assess the damage and provide me with the estimate. the repair took a few days but when I picked up the car. I was amazed by how good it look. My car look new again. DM Auto is the best place to go to to have your vehicle repaired. The owner, Leo, is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and experienced with jeep wranglers. I've never had to go back twice for a repair. His shop is always clean with a waiting room that is clean and comfortable with a tv and cable. All of Leo's mechanics are professional, courteous, and skillful. I'm a woman, and I don't trust many mechanic shops for good reasons. I've finally found a shop I can trust and relax my mind. Francesca is who you speak to first and she is so sweet and nice! She is very knowledgeable on cars as well and will try to fit you in for an appt. Leo has a great team of people who reflects him.

My experience in this place was a complete disappointment. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was terrible. The employees seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than in attending to customers; I had to wait a long time just for someone to look at me, and when they finally did, the treatment was impersonal and almost rude, as if my presence was a nuisance to them. As for the car service, it was just as frustrating. First, they gave me an estimated delivery time that was completely inaccurate, since I had to wait much longer than agreed without a clear explanation. When I finally received my vehicle, the work was poorly done. I noticed that they had not solved all the problems I pointed out and, to top it off, the car had marks and scratches that were not there before leaving it there. I tried to talk to the staff to correct these errors, but the answer was disinterested and unprofessional. They seemed to have no intention of taking responsibility or offering a satisfactory solution. The lack of commitment and professionalism in this place is incredible, and I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone. Not only did I waste time and money, but I was left with the feeling that they simply don't care about the customer."

Literally one of the most horrible experiences dealing with an auto shop. I’ve taken my car here twice from being recommended by a body shop a bit further down the road. When I first got there two women receptions were very rude and did not provide any customer service until I had to ask who can I speak to. One began to bad mouth the body shop who recommended them and complained that they’re always sending people to them as if she was unhappy to provide the service. This time I was charged roughly $1800 for whatever it is they claim they fixed. I received the car and my check engine light and other errors were still popping up. I was told by Tiffany “you have to drive the car on the highway to see if it comes off” weird but okay fine. About 3 months later I had to return the car for even more issues which was a costly $2400. Fast forward to now I had to bring the car in once again for issues that should have been fixed. The woman who handles the mechanical part of customer service has a VERY nasty attitude and is neither informative nor competent with anything to do with cars. It’s so unclear as to how she even got this job. She comes off as if asking her a question about your car is a nuisance to her life. She claims you have to bring the car in at 8am sharp. Today my husband gets there at 8:10 and they do not even look at the car until around 9:30 which was super inconvenient because we all have a job to do. The more professional thing to do would be to COMMUNICATE with your client and explain that there would be a wait and give the option to either wait or come back when the service is complete. There is no way that the professional thing to do is have a person waiting in a small cold area for hours without even offering them a bottle of water. Then to be upset that they are asking questions that should have been answered from the start of service. Roughly 3 people asked “what’s wrong with the car?” We’re clearly not mechanics. It’s you who gets paid to tell me what’s wrong with my car and fix the problem. The owners need to really have a discussion with those horrible receptionist about their attitude, professionalism, conduct, competence, communication and manners. They overall suck! Get them into a class to teach them proper customer service skills. The place would run so much smoother if those women were better at their jobs!

Great and quick service, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Me and my Dad were referred by DMV to get our Winnabego Solis ProMaster 2500 Class B RV Van registration and the owners Father and Son were extremely professional and very talkative as myself so we enjoyed conversations about the 1911 Ford vehicle that I have in the picture and told me the story about his wife who passed away not too long ago. Love that vehicle and he was planning to rebuild it for them to ride in but as she passed away he lost interest and rebuilding it so it sits in the shop for sure. Me and my dad were admired by the vehicle since we never seen a 1911 Ford and were intrigued by the tires being made out of wood. The owner said that the car only runs 28 mph when it's built. I personally had a horrible experience with costumer service & with vehicle repair. I had a rental from Buggy, they repais the breaks & booster but problem persists from November 11th to November 19th having the vehicle returned to shop 4 times after received. I was patient with repairs as long as vehicle was drivable & safe, I just hated Natasha costumers service despite that 1 time she paid for an uber to be sent back home. Everything I called to let them know that the problem continued (mechanical problems) she acted as if I cannot get a towtruck to return the vehicle & basically pushed the limits to tell me if she sends another tow truck my way & dont drive vehicle my self risking my life it will be returned to Buggy... I pay for this vehicle & work with it as well, I was treated as if I was begging to get it fixed! Natasha needs to change her ways to communicate because not everyone calls overwhelmed & disrespectful! Thanks to the repair crew either way for trying to fix the problem & cool tow truck driver!
