I got off at work and got home around midnight when I left my keys in the ignition of my car. I had been distracted by the driver in the car in front of me hanging out the window and singing loudly. Being so dark and no one else around, as fellow women can understand, I was trying to get my things quickly and locked the door as I shut it. And as soon as I turned around I realized I get my keys inside. I tried all the doors before calling a few places. They were very polite over the phone and came out to me in 20 minutes to help me. Told me the flat rate is $65 and opened my door within 3 minutes. I’m so thankful the whole ordeal was not only solved so quickly but efficiently. One of my neighbors (who had just parked beside me) was so impressed he took the locksmiths information for himself. I’m very grateful to them for not charging so much that I couldn’t afford them and also being open so late for people like me. Thank you so much! I’ll keep your number for future emergencies!

Cheap, friendly, very flexible, and was in my vehicle in a matter of seconds. He even followed me to a near by gas station so that i could get change. Very nice of the man since it was like 3 in the morning.

If I could get them 0 I would. Called about a locked door and was told it would be 45 minutes to and hour. I wait the hour before calling back where the call was dropped and then put on hold for 10 minutes. I was then told it would be another 20 minutes and low and behold they don't show up. Call again and got ahold of a technician and was told he was near us but forgot his tools so he had to drive across town to get them. He offered to do the service for free but I should of said no. I waited another hour which was more then fair to get across town and back. At this point we were 2.5 hours from the initial call and surprise they didn't show. Called again and was told they just weren't coming anymore due to an emergency. I would of been fine if at the beginning they told me they weren't able to do the job but no they strung me on for almost 3 hours. All my grocery will now have to be thrown away and had my wife who is 8 months pregnant gone into labor we would of had no way to get to the hospital because of this terrible company. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

I was locked out of my home when the battery died in my key pad lock. I called many locksmiths. Left many messages and no return calls. The only one that answered their phone was DMA Roadside Assistance. Asher gave me a time that he could be at my home and he was there. I highly recommend their services.
