WE had been looking for months for a new vehicle. Rodrigo at Don Ringler made that happen. He was very professional and the whole Staff was great. The guy who did the actual paperwork, I am sorry forgot his name, (Alex I think) was very nice and offered us many options to make sure we were covered with extended warranty/Gap insurance etc. we felt very taken care of and made us feel like they had our best interest in mind.

This is one of the best staff in a service department I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. They are always friendly and informative. Today was an expensive day for my truck. Had to get the oil changed and four new tires because they were due. Well, about six days ago both batteries decided to die and that was unexpected. Needless to say that was going to be pricey to get it all done. The staff gave me a coupon for $40 off and then asked if I had GM Points. I told them I signed up for it when I bought my truck in 2018, but I have no clue if it is still active or anything. Well come to find out it was and I had $682.00 in points. That was awesome and also unexpected. Thanks again the staff at Don Ringler Service department. Truly an amazing group of people.

Been very displeased with the service department and the lack of communication. Unfortunately my car had a recall on a part that needed to be replaced. Back in April I called to have my car looked at. I was told they needed to confirm that it was the issue and could order the part. Took it in and it was confirmed to be the problem so I was told they were ordering the parts and I should hear from them soon. I never heard back from anyone for over a month. So I eventually called because the time frame on the recall is getting close to expiration. It took a few tries to get me scheduled but finally got the car in! Just drop the car off Monday was told it could take 2-3 days…it’s now Friday. I had to call to get an update, in which I was told that the parts WERE NOT IN which was the whole point of the very first visit I did. Now I’ll be without my car of over a week. I wish communication would have been better and more clear. Why was nothing said to me? I understand systems go down but if they’ve been down since Monday, why not get my info when I dropped the vehicle off? I would have kept my car until parts were in. I do not appreciate the run around and disorganization. It is very frustrating even for someone who’s as understanding as I am. A little communication goes a long way.

Honestly had a pretty awful interaction with the people at this dealers service department took my truck in because it lost power so I had it towed there and they scheduled an appointment for me they said the next available time was 10 days after it was brought in so I said okay maybe they were slammed, but even then it took them another week to get my truck in the shop. Then they called and said it was ready to be picked up, so we go to pick it up and they it was going to be a thousand dollars to get air out of my fuel lines no parts were changed nothing just get air out of my fuel lines. Then they tried to scam me out of an extra $330 because when they called to schedule the appointment they said to run the diagnostic it was going to be $330 but if I got it fixed there I would not be charged for the diagnostic low and behold we confronted them and they backed down and we ended up only paying $495. Overall I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will never be going back to give them my business and I suggest you do the same unless you don’t need your vehicle for weeks and want to overpay for the work.
