The owner of the shop was 30 minutes late. And then he wanted to charge me over 100 dollars to smog the van. With that time I spent calling other places and found a couple for 60 dollars. This place is BAD service.

Quick and reasonably priced. Grab the coupon online to get a discount off of the service. Attendant was cheerful and greeted me once I got there. I appreciated that he let me know right away how long the wait was so I could decide whether I would stay or not. He got to my car before the 30 mins he had told me and had the test done in about 10 mins. Would definitely go back when I need another smog check.

Car wash is OK, self serve. Tall enough for a trailer/small boat. Minimum charge is $6.00 though, they raised prices. The smog is easy, but they don’t do appointments and you can’t leave your car there to pick up later. Also the guy keeps calling me “Bud”. It’s a fine business, try it to see what you think. But I started going somewhere else closer to my house for smog and cheaper places for a quick wash.

What a great experience for a mechanic shop!! Eric the owner is AWESOME and very knowledgeable at his craft and very meticulous, goes above and beyond too. we went in for a simple smog on our suburban found out that Eric and his team also offer full mechanical services’s (except tires) lol and we ended up taking in 3 of our cars one for a head gasket issue and the rest other mechanical problems. What went in as a simple smog check turned into 3 other vehicles for repair and we wish we found Eric years ago. My wife and I felt we weren’t being taken advantage of like other mechanical shops do at times. Eric’s prices were great and treated us as if we were family then just a customer. So if you’re looking for a great, reliable, honest and good prices from a mechanic shop trust me you need to go to ERIC and his team at DRIVEN. These guys were amazing! I've been dealing with smogs on all my cars ever since California started that law. Never had a better experience! First they told me that I probably didn't need one even though DMV told me I did. Based on their information they were trying to save me money. It turned out that to do the type of transfer I wanted to do I actually did need a smog and when they did it it was super fast.

I just had my car serviced at this repair shop, and the experience was great. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative - I can't help but appreciate that. Great Smog shop! I don't live in this area but for me it's worth it to make the drive and know that I'm going to be taken care of! Eric and his crew are top-notch! I have a 25 year old E46, lowered. The shop's service area has a 3 - 4 inch lip on each side surrounding the pit. My car can't be lifted. I asked Eric if it was possible for him to do my brakes, he spoke with the crew, and they said yeah "No worries." I brought it in, left Eric to do his magic, and voila got me some new brakes. Thanks, boys, for the excellent work.

I have a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid and I needed Smog in order to renew my vehicle registration. I called and asked how much and I was told $170.00 out the door. I thought that seemed high. Then I called Pay Less Smog in Westlake Village and they did it for $68.00. ENOUGH SAID!

I highly recommend DRIVEN. Eric is so great. I brought my car in because of an engine noise. Eric diagnosed it right away as a problem with my wheel hub. He replaced it same day. I had to pull over after I left DRIVEN to send Eric a THANKYOU text - my car is driving like new!!

Took my 4Runner to change engine oil and engine oil filter with my oil and filter. Eric was super friendly and on top of everything. Super quick and fare price for service. Checked oil level when got home level shows higher than full mark. But I trust Eric looks like he knows what he is doing. Coupon works only if you buy oil from them. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend! Great place to self wash your car as well. The best in the area!
