very bad service, wasted our time, they told us that they can fix the tire but when service arrived after an hour mechanic told us that they dont do tires. Called the company and they couldn't give me explanation on why this happened

I have a Fleetwood Class A motorhome that had spongy brakes and they were squeaking. I called Dunleavy's because they came highly recommended. I was in a pinch because I was driving to Florida the next day. Not only did they fix the brakes for me, but they are honest, reliable and highly competent. A brake job on a motorhome can run up to $2,500. They inspected the brakes, cleaned up any rust on the hardware and put new pads on and determined they could save me money because that would fix the problem. It fixed the problem and they earned my business moving forward based on their honesty and they are excellent mechanics. I HIGHLY recommend Dunleavy's Road Service for all of your needs.

I can't say enough positive things about Dunleavys!! I had an accident with my diesel fuel tank on my food truck. From Pam who answered my desparate call and was kind enough to realize I needed immeediate help, to Doug Sr. who truly took the time to analyze the issue and come up with the best resolution, to Doug Jr who could not be more helpful with his communication with me about sourcing a new tank when supply chain issues got in the way. He found one quick enough for me to get back to business within days. Professional, knowledgeable and kind!! You don't find businesses like this anymore !!

Dunleavy’s does business right!! I had an issue where my Hino box truck was asking for regen’s that weren’t necessary. I called and the guys gave me some free advice before coming into the shop. I finally hit the point where i had to bring jt in anyway. Doug was incredibly helpful and honest. No one tried to pull one over on me which is common with mechanics. The price for my repair was beyond fair and Doug stayed past closing and did the repairs so i can get my truck back on the road ASAP. If i’m ever in the area and my truck needs work, Dunleavy’s will 110% get my business. Great work Doug! You were awesome bro.

YOU CANNOT FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE! 36' Super Duty Motorhome.....Fails(complete fail no power no electronics) while driving in the rain on Rt 84....Call Dunleavy's They accept the job and point us to the proper tow company. They know how to negotiate the low bridges in the area. Meet Doug in the lot ....He assures us that we will have our motorhome fixed. Part 2...Body control panel failure. Doug checks nationwide for the part. None to be found....Tells me to try Ford customer service. Service rep will help....Doug works as an intermediary with Ford. Problem solved. Part delivered and installed. Doug kept us in the know the whole time. The work was stellar. This young man is down to earth... honest and makes you feel confident about the repair and the cost! Doug is an absolute pro! I rented my customer a 2022 Motorhome and the fitting on the power steering line blew while pulling out of a grocery store in CT. (Future Ford Recall) From start to finish, Doug had it the customer repaired and back on her Road Trip within 2 hours! Amazing! It's was great to deal with a fellow professional who knew what they were doing. Five stars all the way! The bearings on one tire of our camper blew out on I 84. I looked at repair services near me now, and found Dunleavy’s Truck &Trailer Repair. We limped to their repair shop and could not be more fortunate to find Doug who knows his stuff! He replaced the defective part and the next day we had him check the other three bearings, and he found one that was on its way to failure. It’s so refreshing to find honest, competent people especially when you’re on the road and not familiar with the area. We plan to go back by on the way home to have him check the camper. No brakes, no power steering, stuck at a rest area in Cn on a saturday. Could not get a tow except one for $1500. Doug from Dunleavy's Truck Repair came to the rest area to diagnose on sunday. Couldn't fix it there, would need tow and he found someone to come take us to his shop where we could hook up and get fixed on Monday. The parts were located and put on but then found the 2nd problem. Needed a brake fluid pump. Part couldn't come in till next day. So again they kept us in their shop yard, hooked up. While we were there, Doug Jr also fixed our tow car, both fans not working. I can't say enough about how kind, helpful and friendly both Doug and Doug Jr were to us. Highly recommend if you are stuck in southeastern Connecticut
