★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely horrible to deal with. Tow truck driver is well over 6 hours late. Poor communication from the dispatcher, driver, and sales supervisors. When you call the number, you get connected to a 3rd party representative who refuses to pass you on to a supervisor, and who says someone will call back but they never do. Missing an entire work shift because of their late driver, they refuse to even tell me when my vehicle might be picked up now or offer compensation for my time and lost wages. Seller beware when using this company.
