A few weeks ago I found D Wash online, after receiving an extra high quote from the Toyota dealer. After looking at his reviews on facebook and instagram, I decided to take a chance and send him a message. He was a professional from our first interaction and after a few messages I gave him my number so that he could send me a quote. Honestly, I was expecting to go back and forth by text, so I was pleasantly surprised when he sent me a personal link to an actual quote sheet, much like what I received from Toyota. This allowed me to compare the two quotes and once I realized he was saving me over $1500, I immediately told him to book it. I paid a deposit to basically cover the parts, which makes sense in his line of work. He did have to change the original service date, but I didn’t mind because he told me ahead of time and I was able to give him a few options for the reschedule. His communication is a 10 out of 10. The difference with mobile mechanics is that you may have to be a little patient with scheduling, but their service and communication beats any dealership. I appreciate being able to communicate directly with the mechanic vs a service advisor. When he arrived we chatted a bit then he got right down to business. I was on a slight time crunch and he fixed my car on time! He’s a very positive and intelligent person who is passionate about his work. Don’t be alarmed by his camera set-up; he’s doing the smart thing by recording content to market his business (I’m proof that it works). Also provides a great warranty. I really enjoyed giving him my business. Over 20 years in the QC and I’ve finally found a great mobile mechanic. I’ve been floating down the highway everyday now :-) Thanks, D Wash!!!

Stop looking and book with Derrick of Dwash Automotive. Very professional. Responded timely and came when he said he would. He diagnosed the issue I was having with my AC, and he was able to find the part (condenser) to replace in one trip. Tested to ensure the AC was working and his pricing was very reasonable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don’t second guess yourself—Dwash is the real deal! I have a European car that many mechanics struggle to work on. For years, I only went to the BMW dealership until I found a former BMW mechanic. When he stopped handling certain issues, I was stuck. Two different mechanics gave me two completely different diagnoses. When I called Dwash, I offered to send videos and share what others said. His response impressed me: “I don’t need that. I don’t go by other mechanics’ work. I want to see for myself because I stand by what I do.” He came out, gave his own diagnostic, and kept me updated every step of the way—even sharing his GPS for an accurate ETA. My car is running perfectly now! It feels brand new. He may not know this, but he is our family of seven, mechanic forever! FYI: I waited almost a month to post my review because I wanted to give an honest one. And the two other mechanics were not 100 percent accurate, which would have left me with pouring more money out my pocket or putting damage on my car that could not be reversed. Someone attempted to steal my vehicle. D wash came out and fixed the car so it was at least drivable until I was able to get my funds to pay for the repairs. He was very understanding and courteous through the entire process. He provided me with all the details and was able to work with my schedule.
