When i brought my car in, it was a few seasons worth of travel baseball, many kids in and out of my car, many meals in the car, and just life. It was disgusting! Wasn’t sure they’d be able to get the SLIME off the floor that my daughter dropped on there in the winter time 🤦🏼♀️ My seats all had odd stains on them. It was gross. When i got back my car, it didn’t look like mine. Looked better when it left the car lot when i bought it brand new. I don’t know how they do it. But they are AMAZING and i highly recommend!! My kids are afraid to wear their shoes in the car now 🤣

I called and spoke with a very nice lady named Kerri, for a detailing and she set me up with a appointment for the 27th of November. I dropped the vehicle off the night before and used their drop box for the key. Car had a very foul odor inside smelled like a johnny on the spot. They called me later in the day and I honestly gotta admit i was worried they wouldn't be able to get the odor out and well my worries were quickly put to rest cause the car smells and looks brand new as it did the day it rolled out the dealership. Fantastic work, just had my car tinted and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. My car was spotless when i dropped it off i got it back spotless. I wouldn't even know someone tinted the windows there wasn't even water marks on my car. My girlfriend gets her car detailed and as always an amazing job. Very trust worthy people.

I had a great experience when I went to get my windows tinted, he did a great job. I did some research but wasn’t 100% clear on the NY tiny laws and that they had changed. I went into the shop looking for some guidance and a good job. I know myself so I ask a lot of questions, my biggest concern was will my car pass inspection, I was advised that with the shade I chose it would. Well… inspection time comes around and it didn’t pass, tints are too dark. I messaged and called Dwayne’s and he messaged me back, I asked him if he could go lighter, he told me he could take them off but would charge me to put lighter ones on, I trusted what he had said and now I’m here having to pay for all new tints if I wanted them again. I messaged him again asking him if I could make an appointment for tint removal and detailing specifically because I wanted to keep a good relationship and because I support local small businesses. He didn’t have availability for over a month, understood. However, the lack of understanding and the lack of trying to work with your customer who wants to give you more business and is asking to have tints removed so I can get my car inspected and avoid a ticket is disappointing. I hate to be a bad review as he came highly recommended by a group I belong to but now I’m going elsewhere and paying to have tints removed so my car can pass inspection. Lesson learned.

Dwayne's Auto Detailing did an amazing job on my car! I have 2 kids under 3 and I'm in the medical profession and work out of my car (one doesn't need a large imagination to picture how dirty it was). Dwayne and his crew left it absolutely spotless and smelling so good! And the price was right! Will absolutely be back!

We were beyond impressed! They are friendly and informative when making appointments. The ease of speaking with them is the first level of comfort. They were quick and thorough with the detailing. The inside had a lot of caked on salt from living in Central NY. They removed all of it. Everything clean and shiny. All stains removed! The outside was gorgeous too. All paint scratches removed and a nice protective coating. My husband and I each went in separately to thank them. This is definitely our place for the future. They are very busy so book in advance. They are worth the wait. I had another car done earlier this year with someone else due to water damage. I should have waited. There is no comparison!

Dwayne’s is an awesome family owned business and you can tell they truly care about their customers & community. I’ve booked their detailing services for years and they do an amazing job. They got stains out of my light colored leather seats that I couldn’t remove on my own. They have buffed out minor scuffs for me over the years. They take care of my luxury SUV like no one else ever has. Book in advance as the word is out! Worth the wait!

I have gone to Dwayne’s several times he tinted my windows for me and had my car in and out the same day in a timely matter for sure. He did a wonderful job on my windows and has reasonable prices. I’ve sent several people to him when they ask me about my tints and they are also satisfied with the way their tints came out just as well. I’ve never had issues this is a well trust worthy family owned business and I will continue to do business with them in the future.
