I highly recommend Service Manager David and his team at eagle transmission Richardson! David in my opinion is a very trustworthy guy who wasn’t just trying to get my business but also get me and my car taken care of the correct way! He let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and recommended other places that could help with mechanical problems my car was having. I’ve used David and his team in the past and so has my family and friends and we’ve always had amazing experiences! If you need help take a look at David and his team they’ll get you taken care of!

Awesome job by the Eagles Transmission Richardson team. Went in only for a cvt transmission replacement, but received a much better running car. The lower control arms and rear brake pads were also found to be in need of replacement during their courtesy under carriage inspection. Office Mgr, David Phelps, did a great job communicating with me before I even took my car in up to the moment I picked up my car. Great job!

I’m writing this review based on my experiences over two years, not just just one visit. I had my transmission rebuilt a couple of years ago in this shop. That took them only night. Since last winter, I felt it shudders sometimes during acceleration, and it is worse recently, so I took it back to this shop again, and learned that the manager was changed long ago, so I doubted if they would honor the warranty. But, David and Scott, and their replacement the torque converter under the warranty without saying anything. Now my truck runs smoothly again. They are the professionals to trust. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough about how great Scott and his staff are. Very unexpected expense 2 weeks before my wedding. Rebuilt transmission… OUCH!!! It all started when I went to get my oil change at Take 5, they thought my transmission fluid was low and I could go to a dealership or they suggested to go Eagles Transmission. I called Nissan off Campbell/75 and Eagles Transmission they both quoted $299. I went to Nissan and their “mechanics” more like Sales reps didn’t want to look at the vehicle. Turned us away and suggested we don’t fill up the transmission fluid. Went around the corner to Campbell/Jupiter. We were welcomed by the Manager David instantly and was willing to top off the fluid vs. charging $299.00. His employee reviewed my 2013 Nissan Rogue and we were misinformed that it was not low at all. They discovered that the Driver side CV boot was damaged and needed to be placed. The manager sent us a quote instantly with a 16% discount and thanked my Husband for being a Veteran. We appreciate the free diagnostic and information regarding the vehicle. Quick honest quality.
