I had my car repaired the scratch on the right doors of My Jeep. Communication was good, not only the periodical reports by e-mail with the photo posted, but also with the insurance company. Body work was good, and satisfactory. It's not a place for exllent repair, and the staff help me a lot. Great service and quality.

This garage is run by two brothers, dedicated and honest. Last year I bought an auction car and didn't know the complicated procedure and they dealt with me fair and square. Their cars, I drove are well maintained and they have top mechanics. The body repairs are done by professionals. I highly recommend them

Wanted to give zero stars. Extremely dishonest. Car came back with a cut in the seat and of course Manny said he’s not fixing it or paying for it. They also got a parking ticket and did not pay it nor told us. We only found out when the ticket was mailed with one day left to pay. Nothing in my review was a lie. You did your friend a favor but does that give you the right to treat a paying customer less than? You were paid upfront for your services. No one asked you to pay for Uber nor a car rental and you paid for neither. The ride to finally pick up the car was provided by the friend that referred us to you. You were not honest when we tried to find out when the car will be ready which caused us to return the rental early and left us without a car. Communication is key. If it wasn’t ready then say so, that way we could plan accordingly, but you didn’t. You said it was ready- that was a lie! The ticket was received while in your care on 7/5 - you said nothing nor did anything. A courteous text in the same way you are able to respond to my review, that you weren’t able to pay it on time would have been appreciated. Instead, the mail came on 8/4 stating payment for the ticket was due on 8/5. When asked on 8/4 you, said you paid the ticket and will send the receipt tomorrow (8/5). We checked online and the ticket still showed open - YOU LIED.

Had my truck towed in after it died in the parking garage. The guys diagnosed the problem and fixed the car in no time. They showed me the damaged parts, the repairs performed, and didn’t charge me for some additional parts they didn’t use. Great professional auto shop. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs their car serviced in and around Queens or Manhattan.

They sweet talk you into believing your car needs more work than necessary and then up charge for everything. Not an honest business practice. Claimed my undamaged parts were damaged. The mechanics themselves (who have probably been fired for not lying with the owner) told me the owners were dishonest and fooling their customers. There’s so many other mechanics and auto shops in this area. Keep your options open. It’s not fair to be taken advantage of.

My vehicle lease was up in 60 days and had lots of damage to the front of my car and passenger side fenders. Someone had backed up and smashed my car in pretty bad while I was sleeping. I went to east coast automotive inc. and met with annthony and Glennys. They made me feel comfortable leaving my car there and told me my car will look brand new when they finish. They kept good communication throughout the process and when my car was ready, it looked like i just left the dealership. I had my car inspected and they gave me a perfect inspection report. Now i can return my lease and not pay any fees! I will definitely recommend, these guys rock!

I used to go to this shop based on a friend's recommendation. At first they were good, but quality of work started getting worse quickly. It culminated with these guys STEALING REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT I BOUGHT (breaks rotors) and leaving the old ones, only replacing my break pads. I did not know until my breaks went bust few months later and the dealership showed me the mess they've left. DO NOT GO THERE, unless you can ensure they put the right parts on your car, then you might as well do the job yourself.

After a low-speed collision, I took my Subaru Legacy in for a door replacement and fixing of a dent on an adjacent panel, as well as reattachment to a moulding part that came loose. They got me a used door and repainted it with the proper color paint. They blended the paint on the same side door to make them match. I'm very pleased as it looks great like nothing happened to the car. I was appreciative that they were honest about what could be done and saved me ~ $1000 relative to the nonsense the dealership offered, which also didn't want to reattach the partially hanging off part and wanted $500 for a new piece that could just be fixed with fasteners. I will happily go to EASTCOAST AUTOMOTIVE again if I need work done.
