I found this workshop through an advertisement in my mailbox, and I couldn't be more grateful for the great experience and repairs my BMW received. It had some initial faults, and as the repair progressed, other unexpected ones appeared, but they didn't rest until the car was fully operational. They are a tremendously professional, organized team, and Nate's service exceeded all my expectations. I trust this mechanic service 100%. It is and will be the only place I take my car. I highly recommend it!

I would definitely recommend East Coast Euro to anyone with a German car, but specifically an Audi. They had done some decently complex engine work on my car about a year ago, and everything has been working great. Just came by for an oil change and general checkup on my Audi for a concern that I had, but everything ended up being fine and they were able to give me that peace of mind. Really nice guys, and they are attentive and engaging. Would definitely recommend coming here over the dealer

10/10, This is the spot. Made a nightmare situation easy These guys are great. I brought my car in knowing exactly what it needed (had all the codes) but just didn't have the time. Euroworks didn't waste a second. They were straight-up, efficient, and didn't try to play games. I turned down the extra repairs they offered, and they didn't pressure me at all. Just respected it and got the job done. That's all I ask for. Highly recommend

Contacted East Coast Euro Werks for my Audi TT for a warranty claim. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone. The level of customer service and communication is top tier. Wesley & Nathan have made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process from the start. You can tell they love what they do. Thank you East Coast Euro Werks!

I have been To East Coast Euro Werks twice over the past two months to have to my BMW SUV and my Z4 serviced and each time their service has been nothing less than excellent in every respect. They are very knowledgeable, professional and considerate in all manners and matters, and keep running open communications with you with respect to whatever you are having done to or need to have done to your vehicle. When my vehicles need service again, I won’t be taking them to anyone else. I’ll be bringing them back To East Coast Euro Works.

Nate couldn't have been more helpful. Franz is an amazing mechanic. He emailed me a list of everything that was wrong. We went through it together on the phone. He patiently explained everything and what was critical/necessary and what could wait. He is honest and straight forward. You can't go wrong with taking "your baby" to him. He will take good care of her and give her back in "new" condition. He is the only one who will ever work on my 1989 Mercedes 560SL. I can't recommend him enough!! Thank ypu for bringing my baby back to life again!!

Just moved to the area and was pretty nervous not knowing of any reliable auto shops for my 2019 Mercedes. But the first phone call with Nate and the team, my worries were at ease. They were extremely helpful, and made sure to explain everything they would and could do for me. If you need work done on your car, this place is definitely worth it!

Nate is a superstar associate at Euro works! He's everything you want a store manager to be. Bringing your car to the shop can be a daunting experience but not here, this was pain free and you can sense that you are in good hands the minute you arrive from how professional, knowledgeable and conscientious the staff are. From start to finish Nate communicated with me every single step of the way giving me multiple updates daily via text/call, sharing the progress of my vehicle. He did not mind explaining every exhaustive detail, function, significance and pricing of everything done to my car. My car is german and it’s just not the same going to a shop where they don't deal with these cars day in and day out. They're so professional I would recommend them to anyone, they were recommended to me by Taylor and Tyler at 10-min Oil change on Market st. Thank you so much for your help guys and the excellent service, All the best

I’ve now brought my Mini to Euro Werks twice, and they’ve earned a customer for life! First visit was for an oil leak issue, and they diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Second time was turbo trouble, and again - they handled it perfectly. Pricing is transparent and fair, they give you as clear of a quote as possible upfront and throughout diagnostics. No surprise charges picking up my car. Communication is excellent and I was always informed throughout the process, which I highly appreciate. Nate was very helpful letting me know what was going on each step of the way and when I could plan to have my car back, which is not always the case with a lot of shops. If you own a Mini (or any European car), go to Euro Werks, full stop. I won’t take mine anywhere else!

I called this shop looking for professional verification and support, not a full engine rebuild — and that distinction was completely lost on them. I had already dropped the engine, have it cleaned and prepped for a rebuild myself, with a removed/replaced IMS shaft on my 996 C2. All I wanted was a sanity check and installation of a new IMS bearing (either one I provided or one purchased directly through the shop) so that this extremely sensitive component wouldn’t become a future point of failure when I got everything assembled. Instead, I was told they would not install the bearing unless: • The engine was reinstalled in the car with the old IMS shaft back in • The entire engine was brought to them • They could charge XX hours of labor to drop the engine again and “start fresh” The explanation was that they “don’t work behind someone else’s work.” I understand liability concerns — but this response felt more like an all-or-nothing business model, not a reasonable professional boundary. By that logic, they’d need to replace your entire front axle just to change brake pads. What should have been ~45 minutes of careful work on a component that was already accessible and out of the engine was turned into an ultimatum: either let them redo everything from scratch, or they won’t help at all. This wasn’t an isolated issue, either. Previously, I came in with an O2 sensor fault and was told the fix was to buy a new sensor through them (a ~$105 part sold for ~$200). When that didn’t resolve the issue, the recommendation shifted to redoing heat shrink on the wiring. After a “Level 2 inspection” and roughly $500 spent on top of the cost of the OEM Bosch sensor, I’m still dealing with the same air/fuel mixture codes. Every interaction here has been frustrating, rigid, and expensive without resolution. I’m sure some customers who hand over their keys and say “do everything” may have good experiences here. But if you do any work on your own car and are looking for a professional shop to help you verify, refine, or finish it properly — this is not the place. I came looking for expertise and collaboration. What I got was inflexibility and upsell. Disappointing.

Nate took care of me and always kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. I have full confidence that East Coast Eurowerks are the experts in the area for Mini Cooper repairs. I know that they assured my car was safe to drive before notifying me if was ready for pickup. I have had other issues and have taken it to repair shops that have claimed they know how to repair my vehicle only to pick my car up and discover my issue was never completely resolved. I won’t trust anyone else with my Mini Cooper and will bring it back to East Coast Eurowerks in the future.

Very impressed with the customer service and quality of work. I encountered an issue with my Audi’s coolant system while on a road trip on Thanksgiving. I was easily able to book an appointment online and get my car in quickly after returning. I had a great hand off and they kept me informed daily with the status of my vehicle which was returned in ample time and fully revitalized. Recommend

Had a pre purchase inspection(PPI) done on my first car and was great. Not only were they able to record a video explaining everything but I also got a chance to call them and ask further questions. I was also able to reference the video to get a new set of brakes on the car, saving me a few hundred dollars. Nate was great!

East Coast Euro Works has been taking care of my Mercedes and BMW for the past year and a half. Nate has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I find them to be honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable and much more competitive than the dealer.

Wesley is absolutely my hero! He took such good care of me and when I learned I needed a new radiator, which was very costly. He went way above and beyond to be sure he kept me within my budget, while still fixing my car. He was so kind, thoughtful, professional and caring. And, when I got in my car it was so clean and smelled great! A very bummer repair turned into a shop we will use for a life because of how thoughtfully I was treated. So impressed and forever grateful! They will get our business again and again. Thank you Wesley!!! White Beemer!! You’re the best! KK

This shop used to be my go-to about five years ago and did great work on my older BMWs. Unfortunately, something has clearly changed, and not for the better. I brought my BMW in for what should have been a very straightforward job: replacing a flex disc. Instead, the transmission mounts were installed incorrectly — backwards — something I had to point out myself. That mistake ultimately led to damage to the transmission. To their credit, they did fix the transmission, but the situation ended up costing me significantly more money. During the repair, they even suggested reinstalling my old clutch, which was already out, rather than replacing it — not acceptable in my opinion. Despite this experience, I continued to use the shop and even referred family members. That turned out to be a mistake. My cousin was repeatedly overcharged and they were unable (or unwilling) to fix something as basic as an oil drain plug. The BMW dealer resolved the same issue for him in a matter of hours and at a very reasonable cost. Between incorrect installations, unnecessary costs, and an overall lack of attention to detail on simple repairs, I no longer have confidence in the quality of work being done here. Referrals to friends and family have stopped. Disappointing, especially considering how good this shop used to be.

Nate and Alec and the mechanics at ECEW are the easiest repair shop I’ve ever worked with. Their professionalism, communication, transparency, and willingness to answer ANY question is beyond outstanding. I’ve owned 8 VWs across the Midwest and east coast - it can be challenging to find a great German auto shop. I had an ECM “gremlin” issue that the dealership didn’t correct 5 years ago. Rather than dismiss my concerns because the gremlin was hiding when I took her in, the team at ECEW dug deeper and through extra trouble shooting, found the issue and corrected it. Not a hiccup since and I’m their customer for life and my next 8 VW’s. Even have my BF sold on using their shop for his fancy BMWS.

I have been getting my 2016 BMW serviced at EuroWorks since 2022. The team is extremely professional, efficient, & reliable with any work I have ever brought my vehicle in for. Their pricing is transparent, and the best deal that I have found in the Wilmington area. Nate was a huge help in getting my vehicle in and serviced in a timely manner with consistent communication and updates on my services. They also have loaner vehicles based in availability for customers & that was a huge help and lifted burden. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop with quality work and quality mechanics, this is the place!
