We have used this service on multiple occasions, and they have been wonderful on every visit. They do fast work, and are fairly priced. The only issue is that the google listing (as of 3/24/15) is in the wrong location! They are located on the corner of St. Catherine St and Preston St in Old Louisville!

This place is AMAZING! After getting previous quotes, they were $120 cheaper then the lowest quote I had gotten. Not only that, but they were honest and only had to do half the work I was told needed, which saved me an additional $170. As long as I'm in Louisville, they will be my mechanic.

I had a horrible experience at this auto shop a few months ago. I am not one to write reviews but after having to take my car to get repaired correctly from a reliable mechanic that I want this to be told. I went with issues of coolant leaking from my car he told me it was a thermostat and charged me a crazy amount of money for this repair. The very next day coolant is still leaking and overheating it was not the Thermostat!!!! When I took my car to to a specialist I was told I need a water pump that is where the coolant was leaking from. Why didn't he tell me this and repair my vehicle correctly or tell me he couldn't instead of charge me for a repair that wasn't even the issue. He came recommended to me and now I just want to recommend others to be aware. Grateful I found an honest reliable mechanic.

Great and honest mechanic. I brought my car in because of AC issues and he fixed it quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Other mechanics added freon to the AC and changed the serpentine belt but it would still not work. Sam found the problem and fixed it right away. I just got back from a road trip in 97 degree heat and the AC worked perfectly. Give this place a chance!

I thought long and hard before making this post because I have respect for Mr Sam. But I had some work done on my vehicle by Mr Sam and I'm very disappointed that I spent as much money as I did with him and my vehicle still wasn't right after the fact. I ended up taking my vehicle some place else and spent over $1000 to fix a problem that I addressed to Mr Sam, though he couldn't hear the sound or identify the problem. I needed axles on both sides, which is very important to recognize as a mechanic. Not to mention the work that Mr Sam did perform that cost me almost $1400, I now have a noise coming from that work performed. I took my vehicle back to him a week after the work was done, and I asked him to look everything over, test drive and listen for the rattle that was NEVER present before I had taken my vehicle to his shop. As I said, I respect Mr Sam but would not go back or refer anyone to his shop because of this experience
