I only gave one star because 0 isn't an option. This was the absolute worst experience with a mechanic/garage I've ever had in my life. They are extremely unprofessional, outdated and overpriced. They will make up fees without providing any proof or documentation justifying the fees and if you dont like it, the woman in there will harass, insult & yell profanities at you until you cave in and pay. When I decided to take my business elsewhere they actually lied and turned my tow truck driver away. I will never return to this place and will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.

Had two inspections and a fix done here. The owner is a nice man who fixed my car and had the inspections done in a day at a very reasonable price! Will be going back because it can be hard to find good, quality service that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg!

East End Garage performed safety and emissions inspections on my car. They scheduled the inspection quickly with little notice. After the inspection, they rapidly took care of some basic problems that were identified in an efficient and inexpensive fashion. Getting an older car inspected and passing the emissions testing requirements can be an intimidating task, but the staff at East End Garage are professionals. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process.

Going a step further, they checked the malfunctioning part's warranty and discovered it was replaceable at no cost. He replaced the part and my bill was reduced significantly.
