These guys are great! I had half an hour to get to work and realized I had a nail in my tire. They patched it up and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes, they were super friendly, and the price was incredibly generous. I’d give more than five stars if I could!

This place charges new tire prices for used/damaged tires. Dropped off a vehicle to have bushings replaced, ended up with a broken axle. This company refused to replace the bad tire repeatedly. This company is NOT customer friendly and refused to replace the bad tire that was still under warranty. The response of the owner is to submit complaints to his attorney.

So disappointed. I always go to Lee tire down the road but they close early on Saturdays, so I had no choice. Tried these guys out. I’m extremely disappointed. They tried to charge me 2 times what Lee charges to mount a tire to a rim. But my negotiating skills helped me and we settled on a fairer price. After the mounted the tires, they said their air machine wasn’t strong enough to put air in them. So they wouldn’t lower the price, then they sent me on my way with a flat mounted tire. They had customers in there taking their own wheels off and propping their own vehicles up on the jack. The guy who took the money gave change out of his own wallet after putting the money he was paid in his wallet. The whole place smells of cigarette smoke and the atmosphere is uncomfortable. At least for a lady that went by herself. If you can, find somewhere else.

Went in to get a replacement tire. He not only put on the wrong size tire but he put on a bad tire that I didn’t discover until it was too late. Very unprofessional. Do not buy from them. I wouldn’t take anything there now. They are putting people safety at risk.

I have to say I never thought I'd enjoy getting a tire change, although the team there made it more pleasant. I've been several places and this is best service I have received they make sure everything is good before I got on the road. They are eager to answer any questions I have and give a honest answer back, unlike other places whom more less charge a fee. I recommend this company for anyone who wants to buy sell or replace a tire, buts that not all they do , they are capable of helping with any problem. Good mechanics

VERY BAD SERVICE! Sold me 2 bad tires. It took 3 trips there, & over an hour waiting time for them to fix their mistake. Owner was rude and sexist. Wanted a man to bring my car. Says 30 warranty anyways on the receipt. But still had to argue to get it fixed. Bad business.

Had 4 very worn tires and desperately needed to switch them out. The staff was friendly and immediately got to work putting 4 used tires on. I was also surprised that they gave me a 30 day warranty. Great little place.

Had a hard time finding a 19 in the area thst was available today and gave them a shot. Tires weren't at the same amount of wear which wasn't a huge deal but they mounted them like a 1st grader using a hammer for the first time, if you aren't in a pinch just go elsewhere.

I bought a used tire from this place and the man who mounted it did not do it correctly and I had to come straight back to the shop because my car was making a loud grinding noise. Terrible business here at Eastland Tire & Wheel. Would never recommend for anyone!

TLDR: Leaking tire (1-2 PSI per day). Go to Eastland, it gets worse (10 PSI per day). Go back to Eastland, they tell me I need 4 tires, and put two of the wrong size on my car. Also, the original problem tire gets even worse (flat within 4 hours). Go to Eastland, they "fix" the problem, fix lasts half a day. Go to Lee Tire next door, they diagnose the problem, tell me what I need, and then put the parts on for $50. Problem solved. DO NOT GO TO EASTLAND TIRE. Absolutely do not go here. I had a tire leaking in June and went to them for a replacement. They replaced the tire for a small fee, okay, great! Tire started leaking worse than before within a week. I dealt with that for a few weeks and went back on a Friday. They told me that I actually needed 4 new tires, to which I agreed then had second thoughts (because they seemed really sketchy) when they had put the first 2 on, and asked them to leave it at those 2 and I'd pay for the work that was done so far. They refused and told me I had to pay for all 4. Fine. Four hours later, the same tire I'd initially had a problem with is completely flat. I call and tell them I'll be in first thing Monday. Monday, I go in, they say the guy who does that work isn't there Monday mornings. Fine. I go back Tuesday. They do some work and tell me they fixed the problem. Tire is flat again by that afternoon. Now I go to Lee Tire because I'm tired of dealing with Eastland, and they tell me the two rear tires aren't even close to the right size for my car (see picture) and that it was a "minor miracle they didn't blow out on the way here." Lee does some repairs, tells me I have a cracked rim, and doesn't charge a dime. They also tell me I need a new rim and two new tires, and give me a source for it. I go there, get a new wheel, new tires, Lee Tires puts everything on for $50. Took me over a month to get a simple problem solved. Ended up contacting my credit card company and successfully disputing the charge, since Eastland never actually fixed the initial tire problem and only made things worse. DO NOT GO TO EASTLAND TIRE.

This dude charges and then doesn’t complete job. Why are you charging for work you know you won’t have time to complete by end of day? Also just throws away perfectly good parts when replacing rather than asking the customer if they’d like to keep them or not. Expected to have our old seats that were replaced but still in great condition in the trunk but got home and they werent there. When inquired was told they were probably thrown away. Why would you throw away perfectly good seats rather than give them back to the customer? Sounds to me like he wanted to keep them to sell them himself idk but I definitely would not recommend going here, several better places to get tires and repairs in Lexington. 3.7 rating on google kind of says it all.

, this place was most helpful with everything I needed. I was on a budget and he worked with me. He was the nicest guy ever, Kamal, go see him he's the best. When I was in desperate need of a tire he fixed it within 5 minutes and I got a killer set on rims for a hundred fifty dollars that are $1,000 a thousand dollars. I'll be coming back Friday to get my brand new rims and tires. I'll never go anywhere else. The treadwear was absolutely brand new on the used tire that I got which is hard to find at a used tire place. This place is the bomb you need to come see them immediately if you need a tire yes.

I used to get my car worked on here called there today to ask questions about my car. Answered questions hung took a whole 29 seconds. At 9:43am. This guy calls be back at 10:26am said he had a missed phone call from this number. I explain it didn't call he said was about 5 mins ago so I check my call logs and I did call him. I proceeded to tell him that I did call he answered my question. He tried to argue with me about how no one answered the phone he has had it. I said im not trying to argue sorry for any confusion but I did call you did answer the phone gave me a price. He hung up was rude the whole time on the phone. How did i have a price offer if no one answered the phone. This guy has had a bad attitude everytime we got our car worked on there. We overlooked it each time because they did good work. But don't be calling me being rude.

DON'T WALK AWAY, RUN! On Monday 4/10/2023 at approximately 9 AM I arrived at Eastland Tire and Wheel located at 821 E Loudon Ave, Lexington, KY. A manager came out to the parking lot and met me, I told him I was looking for a set of 4 used tires for my 2016 F250. Another employee looked at the truck tire placard inside the truck door and went inside to look at the inventory. The first manager then came out with (1) 275/65R18 tire Load Rate E in very good condition with about 80% tread life and quoted me a price of $450 for a quantity of 4. Judging by the condition of the tire presented I agreed to the price and gave him the keys to the truck. I worked on my laptop in the waiting area while they removed my tires and installed the used tires. Approximately 45 minutes later after they installed the tires, I inspected the vehicle and discovered they had installed the 1 tire I was shown originally and 3 other tires of different manufactures, different load rating, much less tread remaining, and in much worse condition overall. One tire had an 8-inch-long gouge out of the upper sidewall rubber into the tread exposing the steel belts making it potentially unsafe to drive. Two of the four tires were only passenger load rated vice heavy duty load rating of E like the tire I was initially shown and what’s recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. I stated that I had agreed to buying 4 tires with the impression all 4 would be of the same, load rating, and very similar tread life and condition of the first tire I was shown. The manager replied that I had never said I wanted a matching set. I requested that they remove the tires and replace my original tires and I would pay for the labor. The manager refused and demanded I pay the amount due, or they would call the police and file a theft claim against me. At this point the first manager became obviously agitated and began yelling at me and accusing me of trying to rip them off and steal the tires. He told me they were receiving a shipment of tires on Thursday and to come back Friday and they would “try” to find matching tires. With tensions escalating and their obvious resistance to attempting to satisfy me as the customer I felt my only safe recourse was to pay and negotiate the tire exchange and refund with the owner who was reported to not be on the premises. The first manager stated I needed to pay immediately and when I presented my debit card, he stated they couldn’t process cards I had to pay in cash. I paid the cash and I drove around the corner and phoned the police at 11:09 requesting an officer meet me at the location to try to negotiate a resolution to the issue. After listening to my account and then talking to the multiple managers, the responding officer told me that my best recourse would be to try to talk to the owner and if not satisfied to file a small court claim. The first manager told me to come back at 3 PM to speak with the owner about a refund or work out an agreement. I returned at 3:15 PM. The owner was not there, the first manager was not there, and the other manager met me in the parking lot. He informed me the owner wouldn't be available until 5:30 or later or I could come back in the morning. When I told the second manager, I would wait for the owner he then said they would put my original tires back on for $400 and refund me $50. I drove my truck to Tire Discounters in Lexington and purchased 4 new tires. When they removed the used tires, they confirmed that 2 of them were passenger tires and were not load rated for my truck and that one of the tires was a safety issue. I have attempted to call the business, but the phone displayed on their sign is disconnected. I have also attempted to reach out via message on Facebook. I have spoken with the first manager multiple times requesting the owner contact me. I left my name and phone number with the first manager. No attempt to communicate with me directly has been made by the owner.

This was the place which I used to prioritize for any repairs for my vehicle or my brothers vehicles. I’ve had good service previously but this time I don’t know what went wrong but very disappointed with the work, had my car taken there for work and also paid a decent amount, it was suspension bearings, Tyre pressure and alignment work, some work was done good but major work remained still pending, I still have my tire pressure light on the dash, and also have a grinding noise in my suspension, I feel I was genuinely overcharged for the work I got this one time. I’ve had the car in the garage for almost a week and still the problems persists and now when I took it to a different one I still have to pay a $1000 to get it fixed which I already paid here almost, and it was very good service previously but this time I feel the work was taken as for granted.

I went there for the first time today. They were friendly, but not professional. One of the employees put a really bad tire on my car. My tires looked better than the ones they put on my car. The tires weren't even the same brand either. I wasn't even shown the tires before they were put on. Lee Tire always shows me the tires first. The only reason I didn't go to Lee Tire is because they were closed. One of my friends said if he knew that I was going there, he would have told me not too. Apparently, this place is well known for being sketchy. I definitely won't be back.
