Service was super friendly. Really nice people on thr service department! I truly appreciate thr awesome service! Abe runs a wonderful operation. I dont know what the African American guys name was but he was awesome. He made sure I was taken care of and even put washer fluid in my car without me asking! That's a first! Wonderful experience. Thanks to the whole crew.

No one can ever help me get things fixed. I paid for a car that has a “bumper to bumper warranty” and nothing is covered that’s wrong with my car. I won’t buy a car here again. Mr. Ed Morse is a total liar when he says “at Ed Morse we have your back.”

Easy on line appointments. There is always a coupon. I drop my car off in the morning. They have a service that drops you off locally, for free. The service picks you up for free too. If you want to wait, waiting area has coffee, donuts, & popcorn. Also TV to watch & several places to sit & do work on your laptop. I receive consistent communication regarding updates on repairs. Very fair pricing because I stay up to date with my maintenance plan. They also wash the exterior before returning it to me. Love this place & it's service advisors! It is such a pleasant experience. Why would you not want to go get car maintenance done if you are going to get spoiled every time.

Great service. Abraham was my service advisor, effectively addressed my concerns and provided excellent care. This location offers a free car wash with service, always nice. Location could improve by having dedicated lines for appointments.

This is the best place to get your car fixed I've ever experienced! Zak Giacobbe was extremely kind and helpful, I could not ask for better service! He always finds coupons whenever possible and even did some things for free! And I was pleasantly surprised by a bonus complimentary car wash (even taking off a large scuff mark) after they fixed my car!

People are great here. They have drinks and a place to hang out and wait. My only issue is I came for a new key and they tried to tell me I needed $1,200 in car repairs. My vehicle only has 30,000 miles on it. They also said I need a new battery because it's basically dead, however I bought a new battery not even two years ago... That's not possible. So don't blindly accept repairs. Do your homework first and only accept what you think is right. These are recommended services that you might not need.

Great Place! Great Service! Ask for Abraham. I trust him completely with all my automotive needs. He doesn't add anything unnecessary, but does always notifies me when something needs to be done, so I don't get stranded anywhere. They have free shuttle service to keep you on track. It is hard to take our cars anywhere else.

I always have a great experience when I bring in my car for service. Nico has been my service advisor for a few years now and is always friendly. He always explains everything in detail and makes sure I am satisfied. I usually drop off my car, and it is ready within a couple of hours.

I just moved to west palm beach and my Honda civic 2003 gave me problems since I didn’t had any referrals for a mechanic shop in this town I went and resourced myself based on reviews and ended up getting screwed over $1400 of work that was not even the problem from the beginning. After this incident I ended up bringing my car to Ed Honda repair shop and Erin was amazing he helped me with this process to get my car fixed.Right from the beginning I had a good feeling and they didn’t up sale me anything that I didn’t needed. So thank you Erin and all the mechanics that worked on my car I will definitely recommend this place.

I have a new 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport that I purchased in February 2023. I scheduled an appointment in April 2023 for an oil change (because it was over 5000 miles) and an open software recall. When I came in, they told me that I couldn’t get the oil change because the oil usage was only 60%. My service advisor told me that he had seen some of these Hybrids make it to 8000 miles before they needed an oil change and said they definitely could not do a free oil change until it was down to 30% at most. So I stayed for the software recall to be done. After 30 minutes, they came and told me that they could not do the recall update. So I left to drive the 30 minutes back home again without any work done (not to mention the hour and a half I missed off of work). Fast forward to last Saturday 8/13. I set up ANOTHER appointment to Ed Morse Service Center for an oil change and software recall update. This time when I called, I specifically asked about whether I would be able to get the oil change done before I booked the appointment. I told her that the car had 8200 miles and that the oil was at 30%. The lady assured that since the car was over 6 months old I could get my free oil change regardless of oil life. So I scheduled the oil and recall for Saturday morning first thing at 7:00 AM. I showed up a few minutes early and they opened my bay promptly at 7:05 AM. My service advisor greeted me and asked if my maintenance light is on for an oil change. I told him it was not and he told me that AGAIN, I could not get a free oil change until the service light went on. I was exasperated, and told him that I specifically asked before I made the appointment whether I would be able to get the oil change because I had been rejected once already. He told me that unfortunately he would still not be able to do the free oil change and then let me know that they do not do software recalls on Saturdays. He told me that he called me on Friday night before the appointment to ask if the maintenance light was on. When I asked whether he left a voicemail, he said he did not. He was very professional and seemed empathetic, but yet again I had to leave with no work done. This time, first thing in the morning on my day off of work. So another hour wasted driving for no work done on my car. Sorry, I am not giving them a chance at strike 3. 2 and a half hours of wasted time for nothing is all this service center gets from me. I will be going to the Delray Beach Honda for my future services.

We are long-time Odyssey owners. This shop is better than that dealer we used back in Massachusetts. After 34,000 miles we needed new tires (the 50,000-mile Bridgestones that the vehicle comes with don't last 50,000 miles on the hot Florida roads) and the brake pedal was vibrating due to warped rotors. My neighbor said, "Dealers always try to cheat you by telling you that, after the mechanic has looked at them, the rotors can't be machined and have to be replaced." In fact, Ed Morse turned the rotors as promised for the price quoted (about $550 for front and rear, including new pads, which they didn't try to sell me). The Michelin Defender tires were about 5% more expensive than if I'd bought them at Costco, but Costco can't do alignment, etc., and wouldn't have given me a loaner car. Julio is our service advisor and he's a nice guy. My only caution is that the waiting time for simple service can be longer than expected. It is a nice waiting lounge, but it might take 2.5 hours to get out of there for what you'd imagine to be a 1-hour oil/filter change and inspection. One time I brought our golden retriever and left her with a lady in the waiting room so that I could visit the restroom. Here's a photo of the scene when I returned... (Oh yes, they're picking about no dogs in the loaner cars, so don't bring the beast if you're getting a loaner!)

My service advisor was Alvin, I usually don’t write reviews but felt it was necessary in this case. I’ve only needed to bring my car in twice and I’ve had him both times. He’s always been super attentive and helpful. I’ve been struggling with my car staying cool when idling, we have tried many fixes at home and to no success. I finally brought it and the issue was resolved fast and affordably! Thank you so much! This means a lot to me as I have a newborn and the A/C and engine temp is very important at this time.

My experience with Ed Morse Honda just keeps getting better. After my initial lease, I recently returned to make a big change—this time trading up for a Honda Ridgeline pickup. Once again, Courtney Dacre was there to guide me, joined by Heidi, and they both made what is usually a stressful process genuinely enjoyable. I’m the kind of person who usually dislikes car buying, yet Courtney and Heidi turn it into something seamless and even fun. That day, everything seemed to fall into place—as if there were signs everywhere pointing me to this decision. It was both a little spooky and completely amazing, affirming that I was making the right choice. During the process, I also met Javier Badia, and he left just as great an impression: professional, helpful, and authentically good. The team at Ed Morse—Courtney, Heidi, and Javier—are not just part of the dealership, they’re the reason I’ll remain a loyal client for years to come. This review isn’t fiction, nor was I asked to write it. I’m sharing this because it’s real and others deserve to know about it. If you’re even thinking about buying a new car, do yourself a favor and ask for Courtney. You won’t regret it. In the end, the reason I drive the car I love isn’t just about the Honda badge—it’s because of these truly remarkable people who made it possible. Thanks to Courtney, Heidi, and Javier for making my experience exceptional—and for being the real reason Hondas have become my only choice.

These mouth breathers will not give you a shred of information until you pay them a $220 "diagnostic fee". I have a minor, very common issue with my Honda. They would not provide any sort of info regarding estimated cost, time in the shop, etc. Drove all the way there and sat in traffic just for them to demand a diagnostic fee with no guarantee of any sort that the problem will even be fixed, let alone fixed in a timely manner. They will continue to use the excuse "we need to see the car before info is given" . I would highly recommend you do not service a vehicle with them.

They now charge a 3% credit card fee. They already charge more than other places, so it's no longer worth it for me to go here. Lots of other places that will do an oil change just as well for cheaper.
