I love that their vacuums have super strong suction, also they have compressed air! The car wash attendants are friendly as well. The only thing I don't like is the actual car wash. It doesn't clean the front of your car at all so if you have bugs or any dirt on your front bumper, it'll still be there even after paying for the $20 wash.

car wash damaged my new car door handle and car wash manager said it was already coming off and said it was my problem. No real proof that the handle was coming off. Their reputation is pretty bad when something goes wrong. update....I sent an email complaint to El Car Wash and management bumped it back to the local car wash...who did NOTHING!...sending certified letter this week.stay tuned!

Scratches your whole car dont go, i wish I'd read the other reviews first, I get your always gonna get scratches going through these but this is the most ive ever seen. 1 wash and my whole paints ruined

everything's perfect, good staff and very nice installations with new air compressor, new hoses with glass cleaner, air freshener, multi purpose cleaner and a pressure air gun. very happy. vacuum can be stronger but is ok.

Well first of all, they didn't give me an air freshener or handy wipe. They didn't spray the bugs on the front of my grill before I went in like places where I come from. Do the vacuum was so strong. That I couldn't even hardly use it. Because it sucked up the carpet. I couldn't even move it. It was so strong for 20 bucks. I was very disappointed.

🫨⚠️It used to be GREAT!⚠️ but something changed. Whatever changed, please change it back. The last 3-4 times we had the car washed here it isn't spotless like it used to be. Now we are consistently left with soap all over the drivers side of the vehicle. When this is changed I will update the rating. Thank you!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at El Car Wash. My antenna cover was NOT lifting or damaged prior to entering this car wash. The damage occurred during the wash, and employees on site were aware of it at the time. We seen the footage together. Despite this, I was given conflicting information and felt dismissed, as if the damage was being blamed on my vehicle rather than acknowledged as something that happened while it was in their care. I am fully aware my car is 10 years old — that does not excuse damage caused by equipment. I’ve had a car wash membership for over two years at another car wash with zero issues, and only switched to El Car Wash recently for convenience. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a lack of accountability and professionalism. Being spoken to as though this was pre-existing damage when it was not is unacceptable. I expected this to be taken seriously and resolved appropriately, and instead left feeling ignored. I would not recommend this location based on how damage claims are handled.
