They do a good job. I go here because I can get my Oil Changed and Car washed in one place, at one time. They are a little slow, but there is a nice outdoor sitting area to wait.

This experience was bad. Do not go to this establishment. I went in for a car wash. The guy talked me into a mini detail with many promises they did not keep. They did not touch the inside, only vaccuumed and not very well. They left the car dirty with streaks and dirt on sides and inside truck bed. When I spoke with Wess, the owner or manager, he argued with me. I said do not offer a service if you cannot do what you promise. This is no way to run a business. All I wanted was a car wash. I did not ask to be lied to and taken advantage of.

Today was the first and last time I will ever be going to el dorado, I took my truck there and when I got home there was black slick from their tires shine all over the truck, my chrome front bumper was scratched like crazy, and the amount of dirt that was still on the truck after a $60 wash was ridiculous. Anyone who cares about their vehicle should steer clear of el dorado.

Paid $40 for the special, but apparently that didn't include any sort of wiping down of the interior. They said it did, but I still have dust all over the dash and interior of my car. The door panels are still dirty where shoes have left marks from getting in and out, so besides that and the layer of dust on the dash, radio and cluster, what I really got was a vacuum and exterior wash. The $12 hand wash, basically for $40. The car's outside looks great, so I'll go back for the hand wash, but forget paying for any sort of interior wipe down. Should have stuck to the reviews, but of course I tried to give it a chance. So disappointed!!

I took my Mazda Protege5 here from 2010-2021 and had them wash and wax it regularly. Now I drive a Honda Fit and have taken it here three times. Good service but pricey.

I left this car wash for along time but decided to go back ( wrong choice ) last week I asked for the cheapest gas and the attendant , won’t mention names put in the higher price gas then gave me a dollar to make up the difference ( seriously know ) then charge me separately for each items as 4 dollar for tire dressing on wheels . So today after church ( I tried to stay calm ) I pumped my own gas then went to the wash and asked for the 24.99 which is already outrageous as I had to vacuum the back seat of car , then I paid for my Honda as usual ( not a big car ) and looked at my receipt and they charge me a extra 2 dollars for oversize vehicle!! OMG seriously, I refused to pay that extra 2 dollars as they don’t do a great job anyway and will be calling corporate. There very tricky at adding things on and the manager has no Customer service skills . I apologise for writing this as I don’t do reviews but this was the final straw Anne D

I've have gone here many times, but this last time A week ago I was appalled. My front and back windshields were covered in sparkly dots. I took my car back and they tried wiping but to no avail. I have a new BMW, and the only way you can see the sparkles is if the sun is shining directly into your window. I just hope a detail service can help me. Their excuse was that they had new microfiber cloths which didn't work

I have been going to this car wash location for many years, and this morning I thought I would take my truck to get washed rather than me doing it myself. When I arrived at the car wash the salesman convinced me to get my truck hand waxed with a car wash that included the inside and outside. Well to my disgust, the work was completed faster than normal which made me question the service rendered. To my surprise the car was washed very superficially with road grime still on the hood, grill, head lights and all over the truck. Inside the truck it was even worse, it was left with dust on most surfaces and the floor mats where left dirty. When they delivered the truck to me I started to point out the areas they had missed and the workers and their supervisor stated that they had done what the service required. I had them call over the salesman and they proceeded to clean a little more (still left sub-par). There was no apology for the sub-par work, in fact I got the feeling they had no regrets how they had treated me. Also to my regret, I noticed some of the workers bad mouthing me in Spanish. To say the least, I am very disappointed with the service I was rendered. I will not be using this place to clean my truck or cars any longer!

Always a great experience. I get my oil changed and car washed here. The manager is a great guy- I left a spare tire sitting outside of their garage after they patched it for me. Proceeded to forget about it and when I realized (three weeks later), called up and he said he had it waiting in his office for me!

Overheard a woman talking with the manager about how he damaged her car with oil on the inside of her vehicle that they just washed. He walked away when she said she didn’t want his offer to redo it again for free. I wouldn’t ever take a piece of my property back to someone who damaged it in the first place. She asked me to write a review so I am because in the business world you should show your customer you care by making right what you damages. I hope she can have the oil removed by a professional. lord knows that will prob cost more than the $65 she paid here to have her car ruined! I’ll never get my car washed here

I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting your car detailed here. There was still visible grime left in a few easy to access areas, which I cleaned myself afterward, gross splotches of oily residue stuff left everywhere + spray dots on all the seats from haphazardly spraying products. I am most disappointed that whatever product was used on my Subaru leather seats caused the leather to split in three, 5-inch cracks on the driver's seat-- which I wished I had noticed on the spot (but was rushed out, there's no one going over the finished job with you). I noticed this as soon as I got home, and there's really nothing I can do about it but vent here -- that's what $170 will get you.

This is just a comment to improve safety for drivers when leaving the gas station. To whom it may concern: I 'm going to this gas station all the time, to wash my car and to get gas as well. I noticed some drivers are using the exit driveway as an entrance as a shortcut. It is very clear the entrance has arrows painted on the ground as an entrance, but people do not follow. When I was leaving the gas station, I met several times people driving at my exit blocking me out. This situation can cause a car crash or an accident. This section needs a big sign that states “DO NOT ENTER OR WRONG WAY” Something like that, on the exit path from the gas station. Thank you.

Paid $300 for a wax and my headlights restored but they did such a crappy job on the headlight restoration. When they initially finished the car, they didn’t restore the headlights. I told them it was part of the bargain so they said they would do it but they only did part of the light. Beware of this place. They don’t keep their word once they have your money.

Great place to get your car a super good wash! While pricey, they do a thorough job va ccuming the interior and hand cleaning your car top to bottom after it has gone through the wash. Very clean place, including the restrooms, friendly staff, and really nice outdoor area to sit and wait for your car. Highly recommend! A++

DON’T TAKE YOUR CARS HERE THEY WILL DAMAGE THEM WITH INTERIOR OIL!!!! if I could give a 0 I would. They left puddles of oil on every bit of plastic in my car and stained my leather. Spoke to the manager and he said I could come back and have it all redone inside and out for free. But no refund. But he wants me to be happy so come back and he’ll do it for free….. No thank you If you want your customer happy you should’ve refunded me even half the service charge of 62.99 that it costed to get this done. If I didn’t have a towel in my car it would have continued to get all over my clothes even more than when it did when I first sat back in my car. If someone ruined your property on the first time would you ever let that person touch your property again? I will not.

RIPOFF ALERT - I went to this place to get my car wash. The guy at the entrance told me about their car wash packages. I picked one, then he seemed miffed that I did not buy the upsell wax (I did not have time), and he tried to charge me $10 because my "car was dirty". I was shocked. That is exactly why I wanted a car wash! I would go someplace else. This place is a ripoff.
