I had hail damage to a new van we had purchased just a few months before a hail storm that did significant damage to the van. Was not sure if I should make a insurance claim. Went to Jenkins KIA where I bought the van from and they said they had a guy that could fix under a warranty they provided with my new vehicle. After the repair guy gave an estimate of around $1,500 they said they would not cover the repair which i originally assumed. Called my insurance progressive and talked to them about options and was told about elite hail. Payed them a visit and was worried since they did not have a permanent location in Gainesville they may be like some fly by night operation. The folks there convinced me they were trust worthy. They proved that they were trustworthy and did a excellent job to inspect and remove over a hundred dents and were as courteous as can be. I could not ask for better work and great customer service.

But, Franky talked with me for about 45 minutes, while Jasmin was assessing damage. He explained the process, showed me examples of work in progress, and answered every ridiculous question I had. Elite Hail Team did an amazing job repairing $6500 worth of damage to my car due to a recent hail storm. There were well over 50-75 pocked marks on my car that they repaired and since my repair, my car looks pristine and just like it did before the storm! You can't see any of the damage. They were extremely responsive, considerate of my time, worked around my schedule and Alyssa was great in explaining their process and how they would work behind the scenes to handle the repairs. They had a fast turnaround time too! I would highly recommend!
