Emerald Mobile Detail is absolutely incredible, Austin (the owner) spent literally an entire day on my car and i don't think it has looked this good since the moments before i drove it off the lot. i don't understand how he can afford to put so much time and effort into a single vehicle but it's safe to say i doubt anyone else in Lane County will make your vehicle look as flawless and this gentleman. 10/10 don't even waste your time with anyone else

Best detailing in a not so great situation. My car had a leaky sunroof and I was out of town for a month so mold had taken over the entire car! Emerald detailing was a life saver they spent 5 hours making it look basically new. They were professional, fairly priced and clearly cared about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

I have dogs... so my vehicle is never clean. Nor do i have to time to do so very often. So to say that the services provided by Emerald Mobile Detail are indispensable is the understatement of the year. Austin, the owner of the company arrived by himself, and spent over 6 hours on my Acura. There was so much dog hair i was not sure it could be saved. It looks brand new again, heck it looks better than the day i bought it. This guy's service is as good as gold, i will never recommend any other detailer. Emerald Mobile Detail is the best in Eugene hands down

This dude was awesome. He took his time to make sure every single bit of this car was cleaned spotlessly. He then brushed , buffed, and polished several large contact scratches on my driver front, rear, and quarter panel. He was here for quite some time due to being so meticulous, he showed me some minor issues leftover, and we scheduled a time for him to come back and complete the job. He arrived on time and immediately got to work, there was no upselling or additional charges, he just wanted to make sure it was perfect. Now my car is now cleaner than it was when I first bought it at Kendall Subaru. Thanks again!

I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately I need to be honest about our experience with Emerald Mobile Detailing. I scheduled to have my girlfriend's car cleaned, and was impressed by the many positive reviews thus chose to work with this company. They did arrive on time, but that is unfortunately the only positive remark I'm able to make. My partner's car, a newer Kia Soul, has some wear and tear and a slight build up of dust and a some bark/pine needles from camping. It's a well-taken-care-of vehicle with small stains on the seats that we wanted shampooed out, as well as a full interior and exterior clean. I have never had a detail take such a long amount of time, he started at 10am and finished at 8pm in the dark. I may have taken this as a testament to hard work, however it seems to be more of an issue of time management as he only started on the outside of the vehicle around 7pm. The most concerning part of the job, however, was just how much water was left in the seats. They were practically puddles, and we ended up with a horrific mildew smell in the days afterwards despite having fans on the seats for over 12 hours and the windows open (as weather allowed) for days. The large amount of water left in the fabric collected at the borders and bottoms of the seats, turning the light gray a muddy brown and further staining them. The seats were soaking for two days after the detail, and the odor was so strong that we had to get all of the fabrics re-cleaned by a different detailer. I also cannot make concessions for weather or the seat materials, as the other detailer was able to complete all of the fabrics and fully dry the vehicle with ease in under three hours. Furthermore, multiple areas of the car were missed or barely rinsed, including the door seals and jambs and still-muddy mats, and the headliner was left untouched despite its stains. I do appreciate that we were issued a partial refund, but the second detailing to repair the damage done took up all of that refund ($125). Again, I loathe to speak negatively about a company, but our experience with Emerald Mobile Detailing was far below standard, and certainly not worth the $350 that it cost us.

Wow! I drive a Subaru Outback that lives a Subaru Outback life. Many many many miles and much it dusty, dirty, and with our dogs. But now my car looks BRAND NEW! I have no idea how he did it but I am so appreciative. On top of that he was all the things a five-star top-shelf service should be. Very communicative. Very polite. And completely professional. I will use Emerald again for sure. A+++
