Ok people now this is a place that surprised me with great service and attitude. Had my car done and it looked better than when I first brought it. For all the work they put in it I was looking to pay alot more. But the price was to me very good. I would recommend this place to friends and family

It's alright, I had my windows tinted here he did good on the side windows, but did a bad job on my rear back glass, I didn't care to much I just left it as is, if you want the back tinted get ready to lose your heating strip

* Interior had large patches of leather that had no product applied. Easily reached spots, not hidden stuff. Looks like product was applied just enough to notice but not properly. * interior chrome trim had what I will call watermarks or streaks. Product was not completely cleaned from areas. A lot of them. * windows were still dirty and had streaks. * mirrors were dirty with streaks. * carpets looked kind of crunchy. Liw quality product? * Exterior of car was okay. Didnt feel as slick as some of the other details Ive had in the past. Could be product I'm not sure. Just what I noticed. * satisfaction guarantee was not honored. Was still charged full price. Well its a pick up and drop off service so I didn't get to do a good indpection before paying for job. After pointing out above items, no refund was given. In my mind a deluxe detail should have a little more attention to detail. $200 not well spent. Will not go back.

This place has amazing customer service and they do an Amazing job, very through and may I add they clean your door jams!!!! FYI that service is extra at car washes and or auto detailing... I have been going to Encore Auto Detailing for about 7 years now... Now that says a lot about this place. Thank you Encore for making my car shine bright like a diamond.

I had a passenger puke in my car and could not get the smell out. I tried Resolve carpet cleaner like 10 times and it would not get out the terrible smell. The car I was driving was a friends dads car who lent the car out to me in good faith and I had to return it that night . All I was hoping for was to remove the smell but when I came back to pick up the car not only was the smell completely gone but the entire car smell soooo fresh , it was almost a euphoric experience driving it back that night. About a week later my friends dad let me use the car again and still it smells amazing in here, especially when I turn on the ac. Pablo had pumped this crazy ozone machine through the entire car through the vent system and it made it feel as fresh as when it came off the lot, almost better. I recommend the interior scent remover service to everyone and have to say everything was friendly and professional. Thanks Pablo!

Carlos is so sweet to speak with! He was very straightforward about costs , how the detailing process goes and when i could expect it. He even had it finished before with Amazing results. My car had Fish water stains and he removed every stain they have not came back. I got my car back dry too. I would definitely go back to you guys for any services.

Amazing detail job on my engine! I take my truck through mud pretty often, especially after it rains. My engine was full of mud. Best detailer I have ever been to. They squeezed me in at very last minute and they happend to be done with my truck the very same day. You won't be disappointed. They really take time on doing the job corretly! Pablo and his team were fantastic. He is so friendly and personable, and was very knowledgeable about the 5-yr protective coating that I wanted to put on my brand new Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e. It turned out looking even more beautiful than it was before the coating was applied. I also had my front windows tinted to match the factory tint on the rear windows. Everything turned out great.
