Deception is part of Epic's game. They are raising prices-AGAIN- and propose a "Veterans Pricing" if you pay one year in advance. They characterize it as "pay for nine months, get three months free." You are paying increased prices. Before I paid $25 per month ($300.00 per year for Graphene X Wash) and now with Veterans Pricing your bill is $333.00 per year "for nine months". That's $27.75 per month. Sly and Clever they are. Look elsewhere to get your car washed.

Even after two washes of trying to get stuff off my windshield, and my car was not a good success. This car wash does not clean your car and telling someone that it didn’t clean the car didn’t help. They were not helpful at all asking for the wipes to wipe the car off while you’re going to the car wash, they don’t do that anymore. This place sucks. I wouldn’t get my car washed by them anymore.

Been a customer for probably 3 years now and was overall really well one time car got scratched noticeably and they fixed it a year later the manager Corey at the eagle location handled the situation poorly will not compensate or fix with simple buff so leaving. Don’t recommend after 3 years maybe new management or something but don’t expect much if something happens to your vehicle.

We have been using this car wash for several years. Like most car washes sometimes if your car is very dirty you may need to run through twice. We have only done this a couple times but they we happy to send us through again. Service is friendly and quick even on very busy days

The car wash itself has always been just average - because they were located near our home, we've been monthly customers for a few years. However, we will not be renewing due to the crazy price increases! When visiting recently, I was told by the staff that Epic has joined with another local car wash company from Boise. They are increasing the monthly cost of the LOWEST wash to $30 per month! Again, that's the lowest basic car wash. The best wash is almost $40. That equals $360 to $480 per year to wash your car!! That's crazy California-like pricing. Our family will be using a less expensive and more hometown business that has reasonable common sense pricing.

Been going here for a few years. Manual car mat wash station is broken. Asked employees about it and they said management won’t fix it. What a crappy answer to tell a customer. I still paid full price. I would go somewhere else that prides themselves on providing full service.

We have been going here for about 5 years for our 5 vehicles. I’ve never really noticed any scratches until recently. My black 2014 Ford Raptor was severely scratched. I filed a claim, which means they look into it. I received a call from Jamie a few days later telling me she has reviewed the “camera footage” and has determined they didn’t cause the scratches. This truck is a very nice truck with extremely low miles, it sits in my garage for most of its life. Previously there wasn’t a single scratch on it. Jaime argued with me and and basically told me tough luck. Jaime doesn’t seem to value customer service nor customer loyalty. You will not notice these surface scratches if you own a lighter colored vehicle. I have stoped taking my black vehicles there including my 2022 BMW M competition. Their brushes seem to give surface scratches. Be careful bringing nice vehicles to this epic shine, when they scratch your vehicle your on your own!

Just got to town after a xcntry - car was filthy! This place did a very nice job, and the little extras make a huge difference. Sure a machine isn’t going to get road grime, bugs and that high desert dust out of every crack and crevice. It does however have the strongest vacuums I’ve ever used. And the bevy of towels At your use to wipe down and rub off the grime, then just dump and leave for them to clean up! Nice at any time to not have to deal with that… and one step further - the automatic mat washer - nice touch - never seen that at a self-service. Well played Epic - you may have earned your name!

Good, quick service and very friendly staff to help. However, I noticed my windshield was not clean upon leaving and then when home, I looked at my car and noticed it was not clean in the front at all. Very disappointing for a $14 car wash. Also, the dryers after the car wash did not stay on the car nearly long enough to dry my car. Pictures are attached. I know some reviewers have said the same- but instead of having 6 workers standing out front helping with the self-serve computer screens maybe one or two of them could be at the end of the car wash to ensure the car is clean and fully dry the car and if not- dry the car and offer another run through to the customer. Just a suggestion! Photos are attached.

Can you please fix your tire shine spray, never had this problem before when epic shine had the business, it now sprays spots all on The side of my car, also one of piece of your rubber rotator blades got caught in a crease in my front bummer, cannot get it out! This is Eagle location

Found out in January that my 8 books of Epic car washes are no longer accepted past 12/31/2025. There was no communication about this at all! I have been a loyal customer of Epic at this location for the last 6 years - I've had monthly unlimited subscriptions on and off as well as purchasing the coupon books. Despite contacting customer service about this, there was no remedy offered. No good will extended other than offering to get on their email list to get future promotions. Very disappointed that I lost the value of 8 coupon books- that's 32 washes!! Wills be looking for another business to patronize.

Go somewhere else. The quality has dropped off significantly, especially since being purchased by Cobblestone. Whether or not the vacuums / air guns work is always hit and miss. The quality of the wash is also extremely poor. Oftentimes multiple washes are necessary to clean off bugs from the front of the car and windshield. And it's not even the hard caked on stuff. Instead this is just normal driving accumulation over only a couple of days! And they STILL CANT GET IT CLEAN. They also got rid of the four-day guarantee, which almost justified their high prices. They also took out a lot of the equipment over the last few months, resulting in a poorer wash. Prices go UP, washing equipment REMOVED, quality of wash goes DOWN. It is overpriced for what you get. I am probably going to be canceling my wife's subscription and we will be going to another non-Cobblestone car Wash instead. It's unfortunate because it used to be a good place. But clearly the quality has gone downhill and they did Iit deliberately. They just don't seem to care

It is very rare that I post negative reviews. Discovered today, the 11 car wash coupons I paid for had an expiration date! (1) when I paid for the coupons, I was never informed there was an expiration date. (2) the date is in white, 2 point font, on a pale blue background. GREAT way to lose loyal customers.

Just pulled into Cobblestone Eagle, ID to find out my 13 purchased passes are no longer accepted past 12/31/25. Communication??? I have been a loyal customer of Epic at this location for the last 6 years - one car has had a monthly unlimited subscription and I have purchased passes for my second vehicle. The car wash has gone down hill, everything is filthy in the vacuuming area and they no longer give you a nice packaged wipe down for the dash. Cobblestone apparently bought Epic and promised improvements and better service. I will not be returning and intend to find another car wash for both my vehicles. SO disappointing….

Please fix your dryer. It doesn't work like it did under previous owners.I have soap and water all over the back of my car the last handful of times I've recently used this carwash under Cobblestone. Never had this problem and I've been a member for years under Epic

What happened? I have been using this wash since 2016. Prices have continued to rise and quality has gone way down. I feel like I paid 19.00 for a rinse. I will be looking for another location. I will be canceling my wife's monthly for her car. Quality sucks...

Has to be the worst car was. The only thing that doesn’t suck about it are the vacuums. Went through the first time and literally nothing happened. First soap came down unevenly and then no rinse no brush nothing. Went back around and the guy acted like it was my fault. Said well that’s never happened before and wasn’t sure what I DID. Went through a second time and you can just hear the squeaks for the brush slapping the car. And sure enough when I come out it’s all streaky. Not enough soap/water on the car or brushes to clean and lift the dirt. Also missed a spot on the truck completely down the middle. Bed was full of soap also. Would not recommend
