Location: The Epic Shine in Nampa, Idaho at 128 E Hawaii Ave. My vehicle was damaged after going through the wash. While the staff on-site at the time were helpful and apologetic and helped me fill out an incident report, the assistant manager was NOT helpful and blamed me for the damage. He said he "tried calling me" but never left a voice message, then he emailed me and used images from a google search to justify himself (without proof of what he was saying) and blamed the situation on me. It's been 9 days since I replied to him and I have not heard back yet. I would NOT recommend this location and I have reservations about the company in general after this treatment.

Has gone downhill since the switch. Car doesn’t get clean, tires aren’t shiny, no high pressure air and the price went up. I will probably cancel my unlimited membership. Sad it went downhill.

I recently purchased the wash package for my second car( mini-van). It does an adequate job on it. I love the use of vacuums, towels, air nozzle and mat cleaning equipment. I was not pleased that they no longer offer the sealed dash cleaning wipes.. they were in a hard to find dispenser and were all dried out and not effective at all. I previously had a membership for my primary driver (Prius) it routinely did a terrible job on this car.. destroyed my license plates.. didn't get the front or back end of the car clean at all. The bug wash spray also seems inadequate and ineffective for both cars. I hope they improve the wash to do a better job on small cars, otherwise I probably won't continue to use the service.

This car wash on 12th Ave in Nampa gets my car pretty clean. Free vacuums and drying cloths too, which is a nice touch. However, the rinse nozzles at the middle of the wash only rinse half the car. See video. They should be adjusted so they go back and forth an equal amount. Another thing that is worse, there are no blowers to dry the back of the car. My car is completely wet on the back after the wash. The Ten Mile road location has two that hit the car when leaving the tunnel. I am sure that they can be aligned to blow in the oppostie direction. I have brought this up numerous times. I could probably do it in 10 minutes. I have two videos, but couldn't get them to post, even tho they are on my Google Drive.

Most of the vacuums were broken, air didn’t work, mat washers were down. They’ve glued and duct taped what they could but it provides a cheap experience while maintaining the Epic Car Wash costs and busted equipment. I left with streaks all over and disappointment. I’ll be driving further into town from now on.

For 3 years they system at the So. Nampa location did fantastic. Not sure if it is related, but with the name change came horrible cleaning. The system no longer even gets bugs off a windshield. We have 2 cars with monthly contracts, if this doesn't change, we will!

Membership rate increase again, wash has not worked correctly in last eight months. No tire shine, lot is dirty, poor suction on vacuums. Zero customer service, local manager does not care, main office no longer has phone number and does not reply to emails.

I literally just left this car wash and didn't notice until I was a few miles down the road how poorly this car wash performed. I purchased a $15 wash which should have been there premium-level wash only to leave the wash seeing that my car was still coded in filth. They don't provide anyone that hand dries or checks quality control on exit of the car wash. The driver side window didn't even get touched by brushes which is evidenced in the photo shown. The back window and parts of the back tailgate didn't get touched at all. There are still streaks everywhere on the side view mirrors. I'm floored and actually a bit appalled that they have such poor quality control. The only reason that I even consider giving this car wash two stars is because the staff at the purchase point were friendly. However, a company doesn't get a complete pass just because they have nice staff. They are expected to perform a job equal to the cost of their services. A $15 wash should not have streaks, smears and dirt remaining on a vehicle in the excessive amount that has been seen on my vehicle. In absolutely no circumstance can I recommend this car wash when for the same or a lesser expense, you can drive down the road to a number of other car washes that operate in the same manner and get better service.

I was pretty disappointed after going today, I paid for the mid level wash which was $16. I ended up wiping the whole car down with their rags afterwards to get it clean. The car was just covered in dirt and from what I can tell there was literally no tire shine which was part of that $16 package. I also couldn’t find an employee around in the vacuum area to share my concerns with when I noticed how dirty my car still was afterwards. Most other car washes I’ve been to have an attendant or two available in the vacuum area. One way or the other, I was not super pleased with the cost vs quality of this wash at all. Super annoying and I wish I hadn’t spent my money. 🤷🏼♀️ I will say their vacuums are powerful and I like that their towels are damp buuuut other than that I would not recommend going here or paying for anything other than the basic wash if you do. I’ll be going to a different car wash in the future.

I have a brand new 2025 Subaru Outback for which I took through this car wash over two weeks ago. While drying the car off at the facility I noticed that the brushes had caused damage to the passenger side mirror and door. I immediately noticed the on site shift manager and he took a report on his phone . Two weeks later and no one has bothered to call me to address this damage . I highly recommend that anyone with a nice newer car avoid this car wash due to the damage it could cause . The brushes were clearly left in an un maintained manner with sharp rocks or grit in them and then their unresponsiveness in addressing this issue is even more unacceptable.

Can't get consistency of washes with this new company. Can't even get a call back when asking about concerns. Called because at random they just decide not to run the brushes. Runs for the car in front of me and turns off for my truck. Other times the granite wash doesn't run. Or the tire scrubber doesn't run. For no apparent reason for it. Thinking I need to go with a different company membership. I'm currently paying for their highest wash plan so my opinions elsewhere won't be that hard to find and probably get what I'm paying for then too. When I called they said I'll get a call from the locations manager in up to 48 hours. Its been over 2 weeks. Probably 3 weeks. Clearly lost the sticky note.

Not super thrilled was this location. The employee made it a point to tell me that you cannot do another wash for free if your car doesn't get clean the first time. And guess what? My car was not fully cleaned the first time through. There was also no towels available for me to hand scrub the areas that the car wash itself did not get to. The vacuums did work very well, however there was only small narrow pointy heads. Other locations have the wide head as well so vacuuming up larger surfaces is much easier elsewhere.

Edit 12/5/2025 Now it all makes sense. They were stripping stuff out of the car wash because the new owner was coming in and change things around. The car wash is definitely raised their bar and doing a very good job. I am glad to see the change and hope that it stays the way it is. Back to getting a good wash! What the heck happened do you guys? You used to be a great place to come and get your car washed. The last few times I've been here the equipment doesn't seem to work right. All the brushes don't hit your car like they used to. Today I went in there it looks like they removed a bunch of stuff from the car wash. I don't know what the heck's going on but you better raise your bar. I left Mr car wash because you guys were good and it's time to go back to them. I do like Bluebird although they're connected with you now so if you guys don't raise your bar Bluebird will lose my business as well. Come on get it together. You raise the price you should be raising the quality of service and the quality of the equipment!

I used to think the previously owned car wash was decent. Since the change of ownership, the quality of the wash has declined. I ran my car through 3 times and still had bugs all over my grill. I went to get towels in two stations and they were out. I am going elsewhere because of this, even though these are the most convenient for me. Makes me sad.

Won't be coming Back here. Me and my fiancée took my Car to this location. My Car was damaged and Ive been trying to reach out to get this issue resolved since 2/27. I was told that I would be receiving a call around 8:30pm that night of the incident but I never received one even though I gave them my phone number and email. Wouldn't suggest going here. They heavily lack in customer service. They also don't seem to responded to many reviews in a timely manner. As a General Manager at my own store I hope this place can turn around so other customers don't have the same experience as me and my fiancée did when we came here. Won't be coming Back here till this is hopefully resolved. All I want is just to see what they can do to fix my Blinker cover on my 1996 Lincoln Town Car. The picture on the left has the missing blinker cover while the one on the right has the blinker cover.

Epic shine was ran better, half the car wash doesn’t even work. Paid 25 dollars for half of the system to not even turn on on, water hit my car half way through the wash and nothing else. Take your business elsewhere.

Went through the wash. Fairly regular rates for chain washes figured it would be fine. As the car was reaching the end the soap was barely even washed off. Don’t know if it’s a water pressure issue or what but I don’t enjoy paying 20$ to not have the soap washed out.

My passenger side mirrors casing was torn off and ran over. The rushes were so aggressive that it pushed my mirror back. I filled out an incident report and waited weeks for the manager to contact me. I went to the location 3 times before he emailed me stating I had previous damage to the mirror so they are not responsible for the damage. I've been a member for years and have not had an issue until this new company took over. It looks like they recently replaced the brushes. I do not recommend this location. I think Mr. Carwash would be a better option.
