Went in not realizing the time they close and not told the vacuums were on a timer. So I wiped down car first and did not get to vacuum. Asked attendant if there was something they could do, they said to bad they have no control..I recommended they give friendly reminder when buying the wash., vacumm on timer..so time to use a different car wash.

Honestly amazing team they have here. Love the people. The guys gave me an Air freshener they thought would match my car and it did. Not the biggest fan of the dryers but otherwise they are far better than others ive tried ie Rocket express, bluebird, and Mr.clean.

I appreciate Epic / Bluebird car wash for honoring veterans with car washes on 4th of July and Veterans Day! Car wash locations are convenient, clean ( except what trashy people throw on the ground and suck up larger trash into the vacuums) wash does a great job cleaning my car. Keep up the good service!!

Spent hard earned money for the nest wash. Truck was still dirty after wash. Manager on duty was is rude and uncooperative. I will never spend another penny at this car.Wash.

Poor value, not worth the price at any level. I had a dirty car from everyday use, took it through the wash with the basic and had terrible results. Tons of spots didn't get scrubbed down, the blowers at the end left so much water. I was lucky they have all the microfiber cloths available as I had to wipe down the whole car to save the wash. Overall, really sad to see such a money grab for such a bad product.

They were very helpful. My car was extremely dirty from a cross country drive. I had bugs from 5 states. Wasn't sure if it was going to come off. So they let me go through twice.

My car comes out sparkling green every time and with the free towels vacuums and compressed air I can finish the job. They also offer free floor mat washing station. I had an issue with my original sticker not reading so they replaced it and after that I've had no issues and they were very friendly while helping me sort it all out

great personnel, terrible wash. i don’t live nearby, so returning here to get another wash to make up for the terrible job is not an option. i used a $5 coupon to get the high-end wash and it didn’t even come close to getting my SUV clean. the back side was completely goofed. in fact, it may have left a huge black rubber streak on my passenger side door. see pic and be wary of getting a car wash here. disappointed for sure.

Not really worth the money if the car is gonna come out still covered in spots and dirt. My car was dirty just from everyday use and had some rain and at the end of the car wash there were dirt and water marks all over my car and it’s kinda expensive for what I got out of it. A little disappointing. And the vacuum are ALWAYS broken and trash cans are ALWAYS FULL. I also found a toenail on one of the towels. Gross.

The car wash is great—my car comes out clean 95% of the time. However, the issue I have is with the vacuums. Every time I visit this specific location, the vacuums always seem to fall apart. The tube frequently disconnects from the nozzle, making it difficult to vacuum the car properly. I try to use a different stall each time in hopes of finding one that works, but I’ve yet to find one that doesn’t fall apart. There must be a solution to this. I understand that people may not be gentle with the equipment and that things can break from time to time, but it’s frustrating that none of the vacuums seem to be in good working condition. Someone needs to come up with some idea on how to fix this.

The staff are super friendly. The wash is good but not the best. I still have to detail my tailgate every time.The air pressure is weak at the drying area. The vacuums are good. Their microfiber towels/cloths are really good.

I’m sure the photos speak for themselves. if you think they did a good job with this car then you should give them a try. friendly, quick and efficient service. vacuums, compressed air and microfiber towels available for you to use. mat wash station is also there but i didn’t get to try it.

WARNING——I had a membership and then they switched everything out and quit giving out the car fresheners and the dash wipes when you checked in and everybody disappeared at check-in when you pulled up the customer service went completely down in a matter of no time I sent an email in August to cancel my membership. It was never done. They’ve taken money out of my account ever since then and I have recorded phone calls emails and text messages and I’m still having problems getting this resolved. Warning.!!!!

I've had a membership since this place opened several years ago. It was recently bought out by Cobblestone. During the ownership transition and company name change, I purchased some booklets of car washes for my wife. Before I purchased them, I asked the attendant if these booklets would expire or if I would have any issues using them in the future, as they had the old company name on them. He assured me there would be no issue and they would not expire. He was wrong on both accounts. Based on his word, I bought 4 booklets totaling 16 washes. I attempted to bring my wife's car in for a wash a couple of weeks ago, only to find out that the booklets did in fact expire on 12/31/25. I should have looked at the fine print on them when I purchased them, as it does state as much. When I explained the situation to the site manager and asked to exchange my remaining unused washes (13), he said that "corporate" doesn't allow him to do that and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a custom service phone number or email and I was told to just go to the website. I contacted someone at the "corporate" office and was told again that nothing could be done. I refused to believe that a simple exchange for non-expired passes wasn't an option here. I wasn't asking for a refund. So I asked who I needed to talk to in order to get to a person who could do something. I was told that all managers were "unavailable" but that he would take my contact info and someone would reach out to me. That was two and a half weeks ago. Cobblestone apparently does not care about customer service. I will be canceling my membership and taking all my business else where. I would recommend you do the same.
